⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best dental experience I’ve had in years! In the past, I’d go wherever was convenient, but I won’t be doing that anymore. I came in with severe pain after a procedure done at another office earlier this month, and they helped me so quickly in assessing what was going on. Dr. Zack was incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about what I was experiencing. He reassured me that their main goal was to get me out of pain and they did just that. I had a deep cleaning done by Faline, who was amazing! She explained every step in detail, which made the whole process so much smoother and easier to get through. In the end, I needed a root canal and two crowns, and the fact that they were able to make and place the crowns the same day was unbelievable. Maria was also wonderful ..she helped me navigate all the payment details and made everything as convenient and affordable as possible. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve left a dentist’s office feeling relieved, cared for. Highly recommend!

If anybody here is having a hard time finding a reliable, efficient, fast, economic and very professional location where they can take care of your dental needs…. Look no more ladies and gentlemen, you are just seconds away to make your problems disappear by giving them a call, set up an appointment on the spot and go visit them, what are you gonna be treated, well, if I’m writing this review while I’m supposed to be resting is because I can’t describe the happiness and excitement for all the help they’ve done for me today, I was looking many places where they can help me and all of them treated me very professionally and compassionately, thank you all for this blessing, please come here, there’s no other place like this anywhere 🙏 God bless you guys and happy thanks giving 🫶🏻

I’ve had very pleasant experiences every time I come here. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors have been very nice, attentive, and welcoming. Tom was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. He made sure I was well informed every step of the way. He was gentle with the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He made time for any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I recommend this place.

After having so many bad experiences with other dental offices, I can finally say I found the one! Dr. Perez is incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to explain what I needed. Charlotte was so patient & helped me through my anxiety. Maria went above and beyond to help me with my payment options. This office genuinely cares about their patients and it shows. I’m so grateful to have found them. 5 stars isn’t enough, I give them 10 ⭐️

I spoke to Jasmin to set up a general cleaning which is covered 100% by my insurance. She quoted me $100.00 for service and a co-pay. That's crazy I never pay that much! She then said I'm on a special cleaning plan and that's why its $100.00. Long story short I had to call my insurance and put Jasmin on the phone so they can explain that to her. I DON"T PAY ANYTHING! This place will take advantage of you! Be aware!

Absolutely amazing! I’ve been here for 8+ years for orthodontics and dentist visits. I recently had to get a root canal and was met with kind and compassionate staff throughout my experience. Dr. Yashar is so kind and informative, Dr. Nguyen completed my surgery and I had no pain during and after. I was shocked! Dr. Perez finished my root canal treatment with a clean and polished crown. I feel confident with my smile. Facility is clean and modern too. Thank you to Charlotte (the RDA) she was so kind and helpful for my dental anxiety!

One star for issues with billing, invoicing and communication. My husband went here and got a ton of work done. It was done over the course of roughly 2 months with a total of 6 visits. The office required payment for the scheduled work up front. So we paid $4,500. Months after the work was completed we get an invoice saying we owe $1,400. Call them and speak to what seemed like an off site rep and ask for them to explain the bill as the bill just had a number of what we owed and no indication of what it was for. They said they’d call back but didn’t. I call again and speak to someone who said our insurance denied some of the work. That they tried multiple times to push it through but kept getting denied. So for 2 months they let my husband come in, get the work done and never tell him he owes money or they’re having trouble getting something approved from our insurance. They say it’s insurance responsibility to inform us. Insurance says it’s theirs. Love that game haha. I ask for a breakdown of the work done, cost and what exactly was denied so I can call my insurance. They said they’d send and never did. Now we’re in collections for the $1,400 that was never communicated during our 5 visits after the initial visit and we still don’t even know what it’s for/what work was denied. We should have listened to all the other reviews about their issues with billing/insurance. They’ll happily say you’re covered, charge you up front for everything and then send you a mysterious bill with no explanation what’s so ever. Then they’ll happily never fully address your follow up questions/communication. I wish we could say we’re a once off situation but it’s clear we’re not. Aside from others who leave reviews, imagine how many people just accept this or never speak up.
