I would not recommend going here and I feel kind of bad saying that. I went in with a broken tooth and my first appointment was wonderful. Everyone was nice and gentle but I can’t say I trust them a whole lot after I realized they really didn’t give me any other option besides they’re own and I realize that’s my mistake for being so trusting and confiding in them that I didnt know what to do and then the final blow was after my first (and last) dental cleaning there. The dental hygienist who overall was nice but should not be doing this job which sounds harsh but on top of a thick accent and from her dismissal of my discomfort and the way she answered my questions did not feel like she understood me either. It felt like she was trying to read a script. Another major issue was her mobility. She had none and was doing a wobbly shuffle and looked like she could fall and I think she would’ve if she didn’t have something to hold on to. I thought that it could just be that she has something that affects her walk but she could barely hold herself up and the tool and because of this she kept stabbing me in my gums and tongue leaving me bleeding for far longer than I ever had after a dental cleaning as well as my mouth and gums being sore hours after the appointment. She was never purposely rude and I feel bad just dogging on her but it is a hazard. I couldn’t breathe and had to a swallow 3 mouthfuls of spit, blood and water because she perched the suction on side of my mouth so it was just getting stuck to my lips or gums and not actually sucking the water out. . I feel incredibly duped and stupid for letting them talk me into this credit card thing but now I have to go through the hoops of sorting out only paying for what I owe them since I no longer would like to go there. All in all please don’t go here.

Love the staff! They are so friendly and welcoming. Didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Definitely recommend if you haven’t been to see the dentist in a while (as I have not been to the dentist in years) they make you feel comfortable and are able to relate on a personal level!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very impressed with my initial visit as a new patient at Aspen Dental . The process was comprehensive, well organized and smoothly executed. The various staff members I interacted with were all friendly, professional and efficient. Chantal, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand the dental coverage of my insurance policy as applied to the dental work I need and a schedule to get it done.

I had a great experience here! The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. This was my first time at this dental office and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Another bonus - they were so flexible with scheduling. Thank you SO much Dr. Cox, Hailey, and Laken (and office staff). I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to friends/family. Edit: here's before and after Dr. Cox fixed my chipped front tooth. She did so good, it looks just like it did before it chipped. I'm so glad to have MY smile back.

Ok went into this experience absolutely terrified... I have to say the dentist and staff made me relax (as much as possible) im eternally grateful for all they did to calm my nerves.. its been about a week out and fully admit having dentures is a learning curve that I haven't fully mastered but its not awful. Talking and eating are primarily my only issues.. not a denture issue! Thank you to Aspen staff for making this transition as comfortable as it can be...

Absolutely would not recommend this place for any dental work. All I needed was a tooth extraction but was suckered into their deceptive selling practices. What should have been a simple extraction turned into a $2300 debt after insurance/over $6000 before insurance! I paid upfront for their recommended treatment plan- tooth extraction, hygentist, and fillings- submitted my insurance, signed the paperwork for treatment plan, got financed for the remaining balance. Only to have them reneg on the signed plan and try and charge me $598 dollars more at my Sept. 23rd appointment to get the rest of my treatment after my hygiene and tooth extraction was done 2 weeks prior! Screw that. As far as I'm concerned they should only charge me for the services rendered, rerun my insurance and see what the final bill is. I don't think it is $2300 after said and done! The front desk staff- Ashley in particular- was rude and inconsiderate and did not explain what was going on in any detail. Only seemed interested in my remaining balance owed, after I prepaid and they lied, to continue treatment. I have requested a refund, which I probably won't see, have to pay $2300 for crap dental work- I still have a piece of the tooth they extracted embedded in my gum. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and other agencies for their shoddy dental work, deceptive business practice and ripping off of patients. Stay away from Aspen Dental. Seriously.
