Dr. Alex and his dental assistant did an excellent job on my filling. Been going here for over 10+ years, they’re always making sure I feel comfortable and understand the treatment/ what there doing!! Very good service and I’d recommend ridgeway dental if you’re looking for a dentist/ dental office!

I have been nothing but impressed with the service and clear communication on cost. Recently had a issue with a tooth. They got me in right away, solving a painful situation. Everyone from the front desk to the techs and Dr were very kind. I hadn't been to a dentist for far too long, I was embarrassed. This place was great to me! Highly recommend

Ridgeway Dental is excellent. Being new to the area and trying to get established with a local dentist can be difficult, but Ridgeway Dental is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, the practice just seems very nice. The staff, starting with the front desk (receptionist), through check out, are all friendly, professional, and prompt. The facility is modern, clean, and spacious. Dr. Alex is very friendly and informative as was the hygienist. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ridgeway Dental.

I would rate 10 stars if it let me. This was the best dentist visit of my life. The moment I walked inside I was pleased. The atmosphere is very clean and spacious. Large windows all over, especially in the exams rooms that provide great lighting. All the equipment is brand new. I was in pain for months and was told by my other dentist my only other option was a root canal or extracting my tooth. I came here for a second opinion. The best part of this experience was the dentist Alex being completely honest. I could tell he actually cared about his patients and wasn't just out to get my money. He said there was a good chance replacing the filling could fail and I would be out of the money. I was willing to take a chance and I am so happy I did! He did a amazing job and saved my tooth!

Loved going here for each appointment. Loved my hygienist she was gentle and took her time. Missed 2 appointments due to a medical procedure that i had to take my mother to. Said they were going to contact the branch manager and said they were not willing to see me again. I get that i skipped 2 appointments but stuff happens in life that you cant control sometimes, very disappointed.

I noticed a loose filling Friday. Was in at eight in the morning the following Monday. Only took about forty-five minutes to remove the old filling, drill the cavity, put the new filling in, and reshape the tooth. Looks and feels better than ever. I want to reiterate: I was in at eight in the morning and was paid up and walking about about forty-five minutes later!

I felt like I was listened to. Dr Alex is definitely a busy man and he’s right to the point! Which I like! Everyone was very kind. I had a filling done, it took maybe 20 minutes which I didn’t know if I should be concerned about or happy about but so far so good! I was also able to get a cleaning done, which was the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Overall I’m pretty happy with my care!
