Dr. Meola was incredibly helpful after an accident that caused an issue with my billing. What could have been a frustrating and stressful situation was handled quickly and professionally by him. He took the time to look into the problem, communicate clearly, and make sure everything was corrected properly. I truly appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to step in and get it straightened out. It speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Meola and all the staff made me feel so comfortable from the start. I have a pretty decent amount of work I need done and glad I went here for it. My root canal was a breeze and I’ve been pain free! I highly recommend them.

I STRONGLY don’t recommend this practice. They performed a root canal that failed in less than 2 years. They still charged me for the retreatment even though it was due to their own inadequate work. This put me over my insurance plan max so I had to pay hundreds of dollars. I tried appealing to the office manager who was rude, inconsiderate, and completely unsympathetic… they told me this is standard policy. In any other business if a service fails, the customer does not pay for the correction. Staff is not interested in looking out for their patients, only in making a profit. Also, when I came in for the retreatment, I was on sedation drugs for anxiety and they left me in the waiting room for almost 45 mins past my appointment time high as a kite. My escort had to yell at the staff to take me before the drugs wore off. And, three months later, the retreated tooth is causing me pain again, so clearly they’ve done another botched job and I will likely be forced to undergo yet another stressful and expensive procedure. Poor quality of care all around. Poor dentistry work, inconsiderate staff, unethical billing practices. I am so beyond frustrated with this practice.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them/thank them enough and I am not a fan of the dentist at all. I was having severe tooth pain over the weekend and I'm not a patient of there's and they got me right in for an appt on Monday morning and even squeezed me in for a root canal the same day. The Doctor his assistant and front desk staff had to stay late for me and they didn't complain at all and went out of their way to make sure I was ok that day and comfortable. They were all very nice and so caring of how much pain I was in. I also just wanted to say that the whole entire staff was very kind and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I will be changing my dentist care over to them for sure and you should too! You won't be disappointed. Thank you all at Dr Meola's office especially Erin who was very helpful in helping me!

Jen did a great job with cleaning my teeth and made me feel very comfortable. I have a hard time upkeeping my teeth due to sensory issues so going to the dentist can be really scary, but Jen was incredibly kind and didn't make me feel judged at all. It's also a really nice and calm enviorment here, definitely recommend!

They held my crown & started wiggling and saying that it needs to be replaced, that was 3 years ago. I went to other dentist and they said it was fine, I still have the same one, happy & healthy. They like to sell their cosmetic things & upsell things that are not necessary. They don't handle the teeth with care, I come home in pain after simple annual check up. Needless to say our whole family stopped because it happened to 3 people in our family. That's when we realized they aren't good.
