Extremely friendly staff. I have been going here for years, and their customer service has only improved with every single interaction. They are extremely kind, caring, and patient with every interaction. I had an insurance update this year, and was able to have a lovely interaction with Nicholl all via text to ensure I was able to update everything promptly and efficiently. Nicholl was extremely quick to respond, and genuine and kind with every message. She, along with the rest of the staff, are superstars and I am grateful to have them all as my dental care team.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office due to the unprofessional behavior of the office manager. She failed to explain the cost breakdown and insurance benefits before treatment, which resulted in me paying more than I should have (not what I signed before the treatment) There was no clear or transparent discussion of charges or coverage upfront.What made the situation worse was that instead of taking responsibility for this lack of communication, the manager blamed me for "not understanding" my benefits—despite the fact that she never explained them in the first place. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. Not recommending dealing with this headache!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office for over 10 years. The staff is incredibly friendly and the dentists always take time to address my needs without making me feel rushed. I’m truly sad to leave due to moving, but I’ve enjoyed every visit. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I have had hygiene appointments with both Vanessa and Mayra, and they are two of the best hygienists I have ever had. They do an amazing job with the cleanings and are both super friendly. Highly recommend W&B Dental if you are looking for a dentist!

Dr. Wong and the whole team was amazing! Came in for my first patient check up, and cleaning. I was greeted happily with the Front Office (Amaya and Kristen) who helped me tremendously and wonderful service. Dr. Wong was very thorough on checking my teeth and gum health and gave me great pointers on how to maintain my oral health. My Hygienist Vanessa was also amazing! She was also very thorough and gentle throughout my whole cleaning! I highly recommend this office as they have great, honest and thorough service!

The staff at W&B Dental are friendly and very informative. Every question I asked had an answer and they seemed happy to answer each question. Aimee, who did my cleaning, was very friendly and gentle with my teeth. Overall it was a great experience.
