Vancouver Dentist Office

I have been going to Vancouver Dental for 4 years now because I had no dental insurance. They are so affordable! They have an awesome payment plan, and make porcelain crowns right there in the office! They offer the red light therapy cleaning which I love also! The entire staff are very kind and professional, from the time you walk in until the time you walk out it is such a positive, calming experience and I always look forward to coming back. 😁

Had an amazing experience at Vancouver dentist office! The entire staff (including the front desk and dental assistant) was incredibly kind and helpful, which made me feel at ease since I often get anxious at the dentist. Dr. Kim is a true professional- very experienced, thorough, and trustworthy! She took the time to explain everything she was doing, and I felt completely safe and informed. She made sure that I was comfortable and checked in on me multiple times while she did the treatments. I left with my teeth looking great and feeling squeaky clean, and already have my next routine cleaning booked. I highly recommend this office!

First appointment i had was really great! The front desk lady (Alexia) was really awesome! Helped me with my insurance coverage and made everything so easy and smooth! I let her know i have a hard time getting numb and she told me i have nothing to worry about. Man was she right!! Dr. Kim had NO issue with getting me numb! Shes definitely a pro and knows what shes doing! She was also really informative on EVERYTHING she was doing, so great! She also noticed i needed a root canal, which the last place i went to said i didn’t …. Could you imagine the pain i would’ve been in later down the road if i didn’t go here 😳. Got my temp crown on and scheduled for my root canal/permanent crown with ease around my schedule and vacation! This is the best office i have ever been too and will recommend to ANYONE! My Visit was PAINLESS and STRESSLESS what else can you ask for right!?

If you want to work with a facility that respects their patients and values your time, this is not the office for you. I made an appointment to establish care, get a cleaning, and initiate the process of getting braces. The appointment was made with the receptionist for the next day at 8 AM, not more than 5 minutes after making the appointment, my assigned doctor called me laughing on the phone saying "oh my goodness this is an 8 am appointment I had something planned would you be able to come later in the same day," I told her no I had to be somewhere by 10 and I was told by the receptionist the appointments last 90 minutes. She said okay nevermind and to still come in at 8 AM she will adjust her schedule and for me to come in as planned. Keep in mind I would not have had an issue with coming in on a different day but that was not an option given to me by the doctor or the receptionist. Fast forward, it is the day of my appointment (the next morning) I show up and the receptionist says we tried to call you. I kid you not they tried calling me 15-20 minutes before the appointment but I was already on the way and did not answer because I was driving and it was a safety hazard. Keep in mind for me to get here I had to make serious changes my entire families schedule. When I walk in the receptionist is just getting settled herself and there is another patient already in the lobby. The receptionist goes to check me in but stops and she says to me, oh actually we tried calling you. Like I said I was driving and they tried cancelling a few minutes before! I start to tell the receptionist about the interaction I had with the doctor just the day before, she begins to role her neck and snap at me. Not only was she very rude to me she began discussing with another patient RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! It would be one thing if I was advised to cancel the appointment and reschedule right after making it especially since the doctor already knew and said she had plans. The receptionist tried to spin the story saying the doctor had an emergency when the doctor herself spoke to me! If you as a facility are willing to play in my face at the initial meeting , I can only imagine how unserious you are and will proceed to play in my mouth. The entire situation was unserious from the start! Don’t waste your time.

BEWARE WORST DENTAL CLINIC WASHINGTON STATE I visited Vancouver Dental on SE 164th Ave specifically for a dental cleaning, as advertised. However, after arriving, they only did a quick check-up and told me that I’d need to schedule the actual cleaning for a later date. This was not what was initially promised or what I expected from their advertisement. To make matters worse, when I requested my records to get a second opinion at another dentist, they refused to provide them. This whole experience felt misleading and inconvenient. I’d advise others to be cautious and consider other options. P.S. You’ll see an auto generated response from a supposed (Owner) no owner or manager ever contacted me or cared to find out what happened and why I was upset. Let me give the fake owner that supposedly responded. Fire your dark haired receptionist. Everyone else knew their manners, and how to speak intelligently. You have a bully as a receptionist and one of these days she’ll take your business down.
