The hygienist, Annette, made me aware of all she was doing, then gently applied numbing when needed. She skillfully cleared my teeth of tartar and stains. I appreciated how she was very alert to my needs and let me be in charge of the suction, which both gave a diversion and some measure of control. The best part was her down to earth, relatable personality. She made my scaling process very enjoyable! Kudos too for how the front desk gals worked hard to fit appointments into my very busy schedule and with a smile!

Hands down the kindest and mist gentle soul I have ever met. He and his staff are exemplary and I can not recommend him enough... if I could add 6 stars I would. The communication, the level of care, and the quality far surpasses any dentist I have seen anywhere in the country.

I went to this dentist for the first time yesterday to do my paperwork a week before my appointment since I had planned to get my teeth cleaning. They were able to fill me in due to a cancellation. The front desk receptionist was so kind! The doctor was kind and quiet. The dental hygienist was kind, quick, intelligent, and informative. I have not been to a dental office that was this nice, clean, organized, efficient, gentle but did the job, and educational as this doctor’s office. I am very grateful to finally have a dental office that is this good!

I saw Dr. Kim last week for a tooth evaluation. Another dentist said I needed a new bridge, but after a thorough exam, Dr. Kim confirmed it was still in good condition after 13 years. I really appreciated the honesty.

Not a pleasant experience at all! I have done many many tooth cleanings in my life, and by far this was one of the roughest and even skipped a few teeth. They also tried to bill $1200 for a simple custom nightguard. and charged my insurance for 2 exams in the same day! The dentist and the assistant are not professional or communicative at all in my opinion. Plenty of better places to go!

I moved here from West Palm Beach, FL. I a am a disabled veteran, who was left to die by his wife, and in a coma for six months. During that time, my teeth rotteted out. I accepted an offer at Washington State University to complete my psychology degree. Unfortunately after a year of waiting compounded with many other injuries sustained during service, my teeth remained untouched. This office accepted the challenge, put together a comprehensive plan, and began their work. People forget, that in situations that effect the psyche of an individual such as a smile, it greatly i.pa to the world. Thank you for putting my mind at ease, working with me, and for once having a plan so I can work around the other chaos to smile again.

Excellent and friendly staff! Dr Kim was great ! Very professional and patient. I'm a big baby when it comes to anything dental or medical. He was gentle and took time to explain each step. I'm new in town and I found my new dentist!
