Mario was awesome. He is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and confident 😊. Samantha and Lidia were nice and informative at the front desk. I really liked Rose, she was very helpful with getting me taken care of financially. Last but not least, Sam and Kim made me feel very comfortable when getting my work taken care of. Stephanie was great too. Overall great team 👏 👍

Im a missionary who just recently came back home after 3 years and I have to say, the much needed assistance I've been given here is very much appreciated. There always so informative, caring, and ready to help. Genuinely grateful for the much needed care I've received.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. TLDR; The office staff was overworked and rude, the staff decided to upcharge me on a deep cleaning instead of giving me the cleaning that I came for, receiving my XRays via email took 2 weeks instead of the expected 3 days, and this was overall a HUGE waste of time. Please, get your office together and provide a more professional service. Here's everything that went wrong at this dentist: I was supposed to have an initial consultation and cleaning at 9AM. I arrived 20min early because I was never emailed the forms to fill out before my initial consultation, even though I was told I would receive them. After that, I got my X-rays done and was taken to the dentist chair, put on a bib, and told to wait a few minutes for the doctor to come. This took 30min, which already felt too long. He told me my teeth looked fine and nothing to worry about. I was then told it would be another 5-10 minutes. However, 30 MORE minutes went by. At this point, I stood up and walked around. Someone noticed and told me that they would "make sure no one forgot about me". Finally, someone came in and showed me a brochure. They proceeded to upsell me on a "Perio Protect" for a Deep Cleaning. There was barely any explanation as to why I would need a Deep Cleaning, and instead of giving me the cleaning that I originally came for, I was told to reschedule for a deep cleaning next month. The entire process took 2 hours and was a massive waste of time. Some of the team was nice but most of them felt overworked and bothered that I was there. Later in the week, I went back to the office to fill out paperwork which would allow me to get my XRay's sent to me. I did this with the intention of taking them to a different dentist. Although I was told I would receive them in 3 days, IT TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS to get the XRays emailed to me. I CALLED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ASKING WHY THIS WAS TAKING SO LONG. Today, I finally got my XRays emailed to me, which was literally just 2 pictures.

I just want to first than the whole staff . Everyone is very welcoming . They understand your needs and they deliver a high standard of excellence. Before I walked in the doors I was feeling like crap with no confidence at all . They made me feel welcome and they were all professional . Now I have a brand new smile . I havent smiled in such a long time. Thanks to the doctors and staff . They all work with a skilled mindset, they treat patients with respect , they make you feel welcome and mostly meeting expectations . I recommend this place ! I walked out feeling brand new. My life has changed for the better my confidence is back and im 100 percent thanks to all doctors and staff

Today was my first visit at Upland dental group and I found this place based off of their reviews and if I’m being honest I was not let down. From the moment I walked in to speaking with the Dr. I immediately felt at ease and knew I was going to be taken care of. I needed quite a few things done and I couldn’t have been able to take the next steps without the help from Rosé. She went above and beyond and had me feeling that everything is going to ok and that upland dental is here to help. I highly recommend this Drs office to anyone needing dental work. The drs and staff were nothing but amazing.

I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at Upland Dental Group. The two dentists that worked on my crown today are Outstanding! Dr.'s Mario and Sam are Brilliant in their fields!!! I'm so happy with my crown and other work they have done for me. I look forward to seeing the adorable friendly staff including Samantha, Lidia, Rose, and Kim. I would highly recommend using this dental practice!

I recently turned 65 and have gotten Medicare. I was automatically matched with Upland dental Group. I knew nothing about them, so I was a bit nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised. The office was spacious and clean and very nice. The staff were all friendly and professional. I’ve only had X-rays and an exam so far. Im hoping the cleaning and all the rest go well. I’m sure they will.
