I had a great experience at Upland Modern Dentistry. Jannett made registration and scheduling very easy over the phone. I was originally scheduled for the 15th, but because I was in a lot of pain, they saw me the same day, on the 14 which I truly appreciated. Dr. Mikhail and Dr. Morales were amazing. I usually dread the dentist because of pain, but I didn’t feel anything at all. They took care of my pain and set me up for future appointments. I’m very happy with their service and already recommended them to my family. Highly recommend!

Dr. Andrew Mikhail at Upland Modern Dentistry is absolutely fantastic! He’s incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The office is modern, spotless, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. My cleaning and check-up were painless and thorough — best dental experience I’ve had in years. It’s Veterans Day, I’m off work, and honestly, I’ve been dealing with two weeks of awful, nonstop pain. I had been seeing another dentist, but that office made me feel like just another number, not a person. So this morning, I decided to try again and look for a new provider. Most places were closed for the holiday, but luckily, I came across Dr. Mikhail on my insurance list, close to home and open today! I called, and to my surprise, he actually answered the phone himself. He was so kind and genuinely wanted to hear what was going on. I explained I wasn’t happy with my previous dentist, and he said he could squeeze me in for a 9 a.m. appointment. He even told me he’d get me added into the system so all I had to do was sign and complete my forms when I arrived. When I got to Upland Modern Dentistry, I immediately noticed how modern and clean everything looked, they have the latest technology, and the whole team was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and okay. After all the X-rays and scans, Dr. Mikhail came in and took the time to explain everything to me, what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why. He offered to start the treatment right then and there and schedule the follow-up for next week. The billing staff was also great , they went over my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs clearly, so there were no surprises. I can’t thank Dr. Mikhail and his team enough for helping me out today. They truly went above and beyond. I’m so glad I found them, I’m transferring my family over and will be recommending Upland Modern Dentistry to everyone I know!

Robert, Dr. Mikhail and the entire staff are amazing. The receptionist are pleasant and courteous, and from start to finish the staff make sure you’re in good hands and well taken care of. Robert is very detailed in explaining every process. The office is clean, with plenty of space. Dr. Mikhail is very responsive and they all even remember certain details to make each visit comfortable.

I came to this dentist because of the great reviews. Kenneth at the front desk greeted me with amazing enthusiasm. He helped me check in. The doctor introduced himself as I checked in and brought me back for X-rays and to see what was wrong. He was able to do all the work same day. And I left extremely happy with brilliant work. Thank you Dr. Morales, Lucio, Kenneth, and Marlene for an amazing visit.

This place rocked it! The Dr and Staff were phenomenal! My mother needed a full set of upper and lower dentures, which mean that she needed her remaining 23 teeth removed. The staff and Dr made my mother feel comfortable and safe and explained everything thing they were doing. I picked her up, and she was up for running to the pharmacy with me to grab her prescription. She came home and slept a few hours, but, by the evening she was having soup and watching tv and laughing with me in the living. This is one of the best Dental experiences we have ever had!
