I highly recommend this place they have took care of me , so good I’m impressed with DR. Lucas he is a true professional and so kind I truly appreciate him the girls I’m the front and the whole staff really takes care of you 💯 recommend

Dr Lucas, was so compassionate and so informative and very detailed in his explanation. The girls from the front desk to to Shelly the financial counselor was very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable. One on one all the way. Took their time and allowed me to ask as many questions as needed. My experience there was extremely pleasant. I recommend everyone to give them call. My experience was the best I've ever had. Thank you

This was not a good experience for me. The doctor was very nice, but my experience was horrible if you’re thinking of going to this place, be cautious they play a lot of games with the pricing and I ended up with a way worse issue than before I went here I purposely waited an entire year to do this review because I was hoping that the issue would be resolved and this office would do the right thing.. I went in to get a tooth removal and a replacement for the removed tooth so initially it was going to be a bridge while in process of the bridge work the doctor suggested a implant I agreed worse thing I could have done they put me in a plan gave me a discount I gave them my 4000+ dollars all to get a uneven implant and then the insult of saying I owe them money after they literally just took me off the plan so It would no longer reflect the discount and as a result make me pay more I’ve called the manager she was nice but no resolve if you don’t have time or money to waste don’t go here…. They’re not board certified which isn’t required as a dentist, but I could see why they probably would never get an accreditation..

What can I say about this place except they are phenomenal. came in with concerns of a tooth that had ben bothering me for weeks and in less than a hour the issue was discovered and resolved. I was able to get in and out to resume my day. The staff was very knowledgeable and even helpful on giving me price quotes before the work was done. no pressure was felt. I may have just found my new dental provider! thank you for all help today I will see you soon

I absolutely love this dental office! They are the best. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff always give the best information about dental maintenance. Shout out to Susie ! I’ve been a patient there for a little more than two years and they keep my teeth and smile right 😁! And they’re open one Saturday a month which is so convenient for my work schedule! They always have reoccurring text messages with reminders! If you don’t have a dental office this is the one ‼️just make an appointment.

I had a deep scale cleaning done by Claudia. She was really nice and patient with me. It was my first time and she explained things for me. Dr Cala was very gentle with doing my filling too. Everyone was really nice especially Lupe at front desk. Thank you😊

The ladies at California Dental Group of Upland are awesome caring lovely and with great costumer service they go above the norms to care for each patient. The lady at front desk made my day so much better. And Dr. Lucas is a great and awesome person his advice on life are wonderful and full of wisdom. Talking to Dr. Lucas about life and career talents was the best thing that happened he has a lot of wisdom and experience i was so blessed and thankful to meet him as my Dentist.
