Most kids are scared to go to the dentist and I understand that caring for children requires a lot of patience. I’m a parent so I know how frustrating it can be. However please be more careful and patient when treating children. I noticed that the doctor seemed impatient and annoyed and eventually gave up on trying to make my child comfortable. If you can’t care about what kids deserve you should not accept child patients

Dr. Perez and his staff are just like family. They do everything to make you feel welcome and take the time and care to ensure your comfort and well-being. Highly recommend!

My name is Teddy Boone, I needed a new set of dentures, I went to, Time Square Dental on May 15 Met Dr Perez, and he and his staff was very professional and very pleasant. In just 5 visits I had received my new dentures, they are perfect. Last visit was on June 24th. I never waited more than maybe 10 minutes, once I arrived, they got me right in, every time. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care. Again very professional and a pleasant experience.

Too much inconsistency in the office. The Dr. was very knowledgeable but the front office told me that there wasn’t any documentation as to who saw me on my appointment day. Every time I called I got a different person and a different story. At this point I don’t trust going back there and I will be going to see another dentist

This office was in my network, so I thought I would give it a try. There were alot of good reviews and I desperately wanted to like a new dentist. Dr. Perez is very knowledgeable and nice. However, the high-pressure sales were the order of business from the beginning. Many, many procedures were a "must." The out-of-pocket prices were stacking up. Finally, they ushered me back to the lobby to wait on an estimate. In 38 years of going to dentist, I've never left without a yearly cleaning. This was such a drawn-out & complicated process that it required scheduling, payment plans, and additional consultation - for just a routine cleaning on a healthy mouth! I can't go back. I don't have the patience for this timeshare-esque dental treatment. Good Luck to you, sir. I'm sure you make lots of money. You are a hell of a salesman.

Great experience! Professional and calming atmosphere. Had a tooth extraction done 7/10 and felt absolutely nothing during the process. Three days later and feeling much better compared to the massive toothache I was experiencing for a week. Dr. Perez listened to me when I told him I wanted to pull the tooth out, even at 9 months pregnant. I highly recommend this office. Everything was great!

This was the best visit to the dentist I've had. Their service was fast and thorough. The people were kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me when it took a while for me to make decisions. I was allowed to take a family member back into my appointment. As someone with agoraphobia, this was a great comfort.
