Absolutely impressed and pleased with Fresh Dental!! I am a sissy when it comes to dentists, but they put me at ease and kept me comfortable the whole time. They explained my procedure plan clearly and were very accommodating to my needs. Just wish my insurance covered more, but this is what we have to deal with. Love this place and the amazing staff!!

Very professional and courteous staff. Presented a well explained treatment plan developed in stages. Explained how much insurance coveres and how much is the customer's responsibility. Dr. Kim amd Joanna are extremely caring, professional, and have a strong desire for the client to be completely satisfied with their dental treatment. Dr. Kim is very calming and concerned about the patients comfort.

Always pleased with the service provided! Amy has been doing my dental cleanings for a while and she has great bedside manners! She’s thorough in explaining what I need to look for and how to keep up before my next visit. She’s gentle and precise. It’s always a pleasure to catch up with her. Friendly and helpful staff all around!

I really enjoyed my experience at Fresh Dental S. Tyler. I see Dr.Kim and he did a great job on my fillings. He was very nice and explained what he would do every step of the way. Dr Kim is awesome!! He’s patient and kind and did a fantastic job of making sure I understood what was needed to address my dental concerns. Valerie did a fantastic job completing new temp crowns after I broke the original ones. The replacements worked until my permanent crowns arrived. Thanks Dr. Kim, Valerie, and everyone else who assisted!! 🙂

I’m someone who is very very nervous when it comes to dental work, I get very unsure and scared that something will go wrong due to past experiences (at other dental places) but Dr Kim and his team are the absolute best at making sure you are comfortable and know what is going on. At the beginning of every visit one of the Women walking me back always ask how I’m doing and if I’d like a neck pillow or blanket as we prepare for my fillings, then when Dr.Kim comes in he does the same and thoroughly explains the procedure. He reassures many times if I need a break or if something hurts to let him know, the best part is nothing hurts during the procedure and it barely hurts after, that’s the best part. I’m very grateful for Dr.Kim and his team taking their job seriously and making sure their patients are treated properly. I highly recommend Fresh Dental!
