I had an excellent experience at Dr. Addie Chang’s dental office. Shirley, the dental hygienist, gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had—light-handed yet incredibly thorough. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Watching her work was like an effortless ballet performance. Dr. Addie Chang was warm, friendly, and refreshingly direct—clear, efficient, and straight to the point, which I truly appreciate. From the initial reception to the intake process, everything was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

We visted Dr. Chang for first time as new patients today for dental check and cleaning. The building was old and in need of a remodel but when entered the office it was really nice, clean, bright and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. My hygienist May was very calm, gentle and thorough. She explained everything and was very friendly. Dr. Chang appeared busy but was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. It was a great first visit. Will return and would recommend to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Addie Chang and her entire team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Chang and her assistants took excellent care of a cavity and a cracked tooth. Dr. Chang is incredibly kind and gave me frequent updates throughout the procedure, which really helped lower my anxiety. The entire process was pain-free and the support from the whole clinical staff was top-notch. Highly recommend this office!

Sharing my honest experience: The front desk could improve their understanding of insurance coverage and be more transparent upfront. The doctor’s approach felt a bit rushed and rough. The assistants, though, were wonderful. Compared to my visit, some of the other reviews don’t match what I personally encountered. I also left feeling unsatisfied with the work.

Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable, sharing each finding or step to the process in easy to understand fashion. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in 2 years and they did a fantastic job! Coming back in January for a whitening treatment! If you don’t have a dentist I highly recommend coming here.
