What’s there not to love? Okay parking so hear me out and go 1 hour before closing time! Also the executive-only hours between 9-10 am is also worth it. Costco is one of our most frequently visited places for the food court and stocking up on household staples for a busy family of four, including cats. My only gripe is the lack of consistency among service: Food Court One day, I’m told to go to the counter for my food court order then another trip, I’m supposed to wait for my number to be called. It’s really frustrating and super confusing and it literally changes every time because we go at least twice a month. Cashier Line Another consistency issue is getting boxes or not because sometimes I’m offered an option and other times they don’t then they’re already adding 91 single things in my cart for me to then load 91 items into the car then unload 91 pieces into my house. Just always remember to bring your own bags just in case you don’t get a box. Also I wish they brought back where you could buy a hot ready to go pizza while waiting in checkout line. That was genius.

Great store. Huge selection. An OUTSTANDING selection of international food products. NOTE: Not an international store but a great selection. Staff and customers are a bit standoffish. Parking is absolutely a bear. The store is jampacked. But, you can find parking and you can maneuver through the store without any true stoppage issues.

MASSIVE store with tons of options. My one observation is that this place seems like it’s always crowded which is a bit overwhelming for me. I don’t know if I’d come back because I’ve gone a couple times at off peak times and it regularly took quite a lot of time. Also the gas station layout is quite odd-but it’s cheaper than most gas in the area.

I always enjoy shopping at Costco. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Their products are high quality, and the value you get for the price is unbeatable. Checkout is usually fast, and I appreciate how easy it is to find what I need. Whether it's groceries, electronics, or household items, Costco never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Always busy, parking is an adventure. The check out line is always too long but moves quickly. Great place to get family sized deals.

The staff here is incredibly pretentious and rude. I've come in twice now because I was ordered something online and needed to return it because it didn't work. They turned me away from the door twice because I didn't have a membership since it was under my father's membership. I get a call back from the administrative manager telling me that they're going to refund everything onto a gift card for me and I can come in today and haven't exchanged out. When I come to do so. They accidentally put all the money back onto my parents credit card that they used to make the purchase in general so I had to walk out empty-handed. The worst part wasn't all the mistakes that they made though! Because I'm an understanding person and I understand accidents happen, but it was the rudeness this year entitlement and the lack of empathy that this staff has, especially the ones that work at returns, especially the managers at returns and one girl who works there who thinks she owns the entire store. I will tell everybody and anybody who will listen to never ever go back to this store to never ever try to get empathy or sympathy or help from anybody in this location because It doesn't exist in a single one of them. Kind of crazy how the levee broke and flooded the Costco tukwila.... I'm going to have to call it Karma. Considering the way they treat their customers, the flood? Was what they deserved and I will tell anybody that will listen....that that's the truth.
