Gentle Dental Oracle

My daughter has her wisdom teeth (fully impacted) extracted by Gentle Dental's office and we had nothing but a great experience! Everyone was super friendly, kind, calm and made it very easy to get through the procedure. We're on day 2 and my daughter is feeling really good! Highly recommend!

It's been a while since my last checkup due to other health issues. They were great! And my numbers were better than I thought because I had previously taken advantage of a laser treatment. Awesome!

Staff was very nice and professional!! But I had a appointment with you guys to do my teeth and insurance denied some of the procedures and I was told by receptionist that I would have to pay 700.00 and I had a care credit card but it was closed because I hadn't used it. Anyway I came back ready to pay the 700.00 and get it done!! Well I showed up and it went from 700.00 to 4400.00 I was floored I dont have that kind of money right now and my teeth are hurting now I let yall screw with them and I have to come back again to have teeth pulled and a temporary bridge that is just for show! I don't know what happened but I was told by first place that I went on silverbell that I had 4500.00 and 3500.00 to use for this then all the sudden they don't!! I'm so upset about it! I'm thinking about just go have the 4 blown out teeth pulled and keep my front bottom teeth so I can eat!! Idk!!! Absolutely lost on what to do!! I can't be without bottom front teeth!! Place is a great clean facility and people are great!!!

Great experience! Loved the office and all of the staff! Dr.Santiago was wonderful! I'm thrilled to have found this dental practice!!

I have been on a dental journey for almost 2 years. I have checked out dentist from Nogales to Scottsdale. I was so happy to find Dr. Santiago and the team at Gentle Dental on Oracle In Tucson, Arizona! The staff, the doctors, everyone are exceptional. they have an amazing team! I’m terrified as the dentist and he solved a lot of my issues, including my fear where I am very comfortable and extremely happy. He was able to solve other health issues. I had where no one else could. If you’re looking for a good dentist go to Gentle Dental on Oracle and see Dr. Santiago! They are 💙🙏🏻

Very friendly office staff. Dr Santiago was great. Took the time to answer all my questions and was not rushed at all. He gave me a very thorough exam and I was really happy with my experience at Gentle Dental.

I have been a patient at Gentle Dental for many years, but have more recently had several frustrating experiences here and do not recommend it for dental care. Gentle Dental billed me in error for two dental exams in one visit. It took many phone calls to resolve the problem, and on several occasions, the person who answered the phone was rather impolite/failed to pass along the message to the office manager/return my call. During a recent visit, I was told midway through my cleaning that the dentist had gone home early. There was no mention of an exam, and when I asked about it at the end of my cleaning I was told that I could schedule one for another day if I wanted. The office had called an hour earlier and asked if I could come in early, but didn’t mention anything about the dentist’s absence, which would have provided me with the opportunity to reschedule and make just one trip. On the day of the rescheduled dental exam, I waited for 40 minutes, and was then told that the dentist was running late but would see me soon. When asked for an estimated time frame, I was told that it would be an additional 20-30 minutes, but I could reschedule if I wanted to, or wait until my next appointment in six months. I have always appreciated the actual dental work/cleanings I’ve received, but many employees at Gentle Dental don’t seem to value the time of their patients/show general courtesy, and I recommend finding dental care elsewhere.
