Good experience, except the office being closed before 8am. I was scheduled for 8am and they asked I arrive 15min earlier. Other than that the service they provided was amazing, everyone was friendly. I understand the office opens at 8am and it is closed prior but that’s why I feel the communication could have been better on that part of my visit. I will definitely be coming back because of the service.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental. The staff were very friendly and professional. They made the entire process from start to finish. The consultation, cleaning, and rescheduling went smoothly.

They called me to change my appointment 5 times. 5 separate occasions. One of which happened within 2 minutes from one another, implying some sort of disorganization. I had a 6pm appointment which I had to cancel due to car troubles. After cancelling the appointment, they said that would be no problem at all and no mention of a cancelation penalty. Well apparently the Hygenist had to stay until 8pm so I was charged 25$ for the cancelation. If there were later appointments, then mine had no influence on "needing to pay the hygenist for her time" and what about my time? The 5 times you had me reschedule was my time not valuable? So yeah, they can cancel and change on you multiple times, but you do it with time in advanced and you will be charged for it. Nice work. To avoid logistic and financial burden, avoid this location and likely the entire lot. 👍

Laura was very nice. Quick to get you in the chair, provide your dental care and easy to leave when done. Office clean.

Great experience. Wonderful staff. The only glitch was in working out exactly what service I was getting for what cost. They gave me an extra service that I didn’t agree to and in the end it was corrected and I didn’t pay for it. Other than that I’m impressed with their friendliness, systems and excellent work. Highly recommend.

I think they do a good job in regard to cleaning, but it’s frustrating when I made an appointment for exam and cleaning, and then I’m told they don’t do cleanings in the same visit. I don’t understand why that’s an option then? I actually moved out of Tucson, but since I had a great experience with them before, I went to them again, so having to make a second trip was unexpected and very inconvenient. If there are chances, I would like to receive notice in some way, but I received none, which is very disappointing. I still went to the second visit, because otherwise, I would have had a set of X-rays and exam for nothing, which would have been more disappointing. However, on my second visit, I found the front desk ladies to be quite rude. There was a person ahead of me trying to check in, but since they didn’t follow out the paperwork, she made it sound like they weren’t going to be able to get in and like she was doing them a favor by letting them in to their appointment. It just made it seem even more like they hadn’t notified anyone about the changes they have been making, despite this change supposedly coming about over a year ago. I understand having a job to do and how exhausting it can be when people aren’t prepared, but manners can still be afforded. Lastly, at the end of my visit, I asked for my records as I plan on moving again soon. The other front desk lady said I could have them… after my next visit. I tried asking in a different way, but was denied. So I thanked her and left. If anyone has taken the time to read this this far, I would like to reiterate that their services are good. I’m just very disappointed in their transparency and communication. I’m also disappointed that when I was coming to write this review, the message said to only write positive reviews or contact them directly so that they could fix it, which feels like they are trying to work the system rather than allow open feedback for others to see. Though, given my experience, I don’t think anything could be "fixed" anyway since it was mainly interactions that I took issue with (and the fact that they no longer do exams and cleanings in the same sitting). The actual services were good, though.

My wife needs an extraction. She calls around to a few places and lands on this one. They said they would take it out. Set a date and even quoted an estimated price. We get there and alas they dont even do extractions but would do a referral. Now we get to wait god knows how long because of incompetence. Thanks Gentle Dental.
