Your technicians are friendly and do great work. Your office, on the other hand is the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. They’re close to rude, inattentive to patients (if they’re busy with anything else your ignored. Anyway the last visit they estimated, along with my insurance, a price that ended up $210 more than the estimate. I had to withhold paying until my SS check came in. I went in today and gave my name and they said you owe $89. I said no, you screwed it up I owed $210 and paid it. They asked who did you pay it to. I said to the site you go to to pay Gentle Dental. I said I think it was Doxy. Long story short they stated the fact that they miss estimated my treatment was on me and my insurance office not them ( why do you have an office at all)? I’d replace them with either competent patient friendly office employees or, even better AI. Much friendlier and extremely competent unlike your current office workers. There’s more that happened but I’m tired of this. Ending this note your incompetent office staff has cost you a patient. It’s too bad because your technicians are VERY competent and friendly. I suggest you lose them before they lose even more patients. I’m sitting here shaking my head just thinking about them. I still wonder what the $89 was for.. Doesn’t matter you’ll have to sue me to get it.

First I called to see if they accepted our insurance plan, I was told 3 times that it was accepted. Then I spent 30 minutes setting up a new patient appointment and 15 minutes driving to their location. We had just pulled into their parking lot and I received a phone call… it was the dentist receptionist calling to let me know they don’t take our insurance. This was a complete waist of time and gas. I’m glad we didn’t end up going to this location. Their inability to properly book an appointment is most likely indicative of the work they would do! This place seems to lack organization and critical knowledge.
