Loved my experience with Creative Smiles Dentistry The front desk staff was so kind. Vincent was very kind and gentle. I have issues with being able to open my mouth very wide, so it's always really hard to get Xrays. He took his time with me and was very careful. Dr Jennie was very caring and informative. I really appreciate the kind way everyone was!

They have very nice staff. But they sent me to a surgeon to have some teeth pulled and implants started. This surgeon was out of my insurances network. That drove the price way up. Than I was supposed to return to creative and have the final work done for the implants. Between the two different places I was looking at over 10 thousand for 2 inplants. I ended up just having one tooth removed at the surgeons and canceling the appointment with creative. I first went to Creative because they advertised in office for implants and all services. And they take my insurance. Turns out to not be true. They farmed me out to someone else. I am very disappointed with they're services and will not be returning for anything else. I wish I could find a place that will just do the work. One more thing. They advertise payment plans. All this is was they will help you get care credit. That was what I did. Than they charged me care credit before I had the work done. The way it turned out because of appointment delays. I was making 2 payments before I even had any work done. 😬

I am new to the area and thought I would give the husband and wife team a try! I am not the best patient to sit in the dentist chair but Dr Jeannie and her staff explained everything they were going to do and made me feel at ease. Their "family" feel starts as soon as you walk into the office. You are invited in and made to feel welcomed. 🪥🦷 12/30/25 Thank you Dr. Jeannie for doing the work you do! Although, I was not thrilled to be sitting in the dentist chair it was worth it! My new smile says it all! Much appreciation! 🦷 🪥

Everyone is super friendly and kind. I have had a couple of appointments with Dr. Jeannie. Both of the dental technicians Dyan and Lizzie were amazing. Dr. Jeannie is wonderful! I was helped at the front desk by Kristie who got me scheduled for my next visits and help me to understand the payments. I am super happy that I switch dentist and found Creative Smiles.

I like that he teeth brightening process was less than 2 hours. There are four types of treatments and on the third treatment, a process was skipped and I do not know how it will effect the overall process. My teeth were a little sensitive the first 24 hours. My teeth do look brighter. But we'll see how long this will last.

I'm not a review writer, so that should tell you how impressed I am with Creative Smiles Dentistry. A year ago, I had a horribly traumatic experience at my old dentist's office, and was looking for a new dentist with a positive mindset who was going to make me feel empowered about my oral hygiene. I'm so grateful this place was recommended to me, as I never would have found it on my own. Dr. Jeannie listened to me, let me cry without judgement, apologized to me for the traumatic experience I previously had, talked through everything with me, gained my consent every step of the way...flash forward to a year later, and I left my appointment today feeling weirdly excited, and my watch told me I had had a "long restful period." In the past, my heart would have been racing, and stress would have been high the entire visit. Now I feel actually empowered to care for my teeth. Every visit I gain new knowledge, but especially today, I was so impressed by the hygienist Kaitlyn (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong)! She was so personable and friendly and gave me excellent pointers on how to level up my oral care routine etc. The office managers and receptionists are all wonderful and kind. Honestly, I don't think I've ever been somewhere where everyone seemed so genuinely happy, and especially not a health facility. If you are someone who has health anxiety in any capacity, I can't recommend this place enough. I never want to see another dentist ever again!

Kaitlyn and front desk extremely patient and describe all processes. Main doc is also sweet and has fun street names for hallways. Great 0% APR finance program also if signing up for payoffs within 24 months.
