Dr Kraft did an exceptional job rectifying an issue I was experiencing with a prior dentists recent crown. She listened carefully and understood what I was describing. Ended up replacing the crown with a far superior fitting crown. She made the point of following up with the crown manufacturers to be sure the specific specifications addressing a food trap were met. Her interactions with patient and assisting staff were professional and courteous. At all times it was a comfortable experience and she checked in to make sure you were good. Sharing a good sense of humor along the way. I am grateful to have found her. Thank you, Dr Kraft! As a new patient at Casas Adobes, the entire team made it a wonderful experience from phone calls, front desk administration, fees communication and dental cleaning services. They even accommodated a quick appointment for my partner who was having tooth pain. Dr Kraft was able to identify and treat a high crown causing an infection. She informed him of the possibility that his current sleep apnea solution may need to be revisited as she saw evidence of recent teeth grinding and even provided contact information for a technician. We both look forward to continuing our dental health routines partnering with Casas Adobes.

SWEET BABY JESUS! I found the greatest dental office on earth, no lie. The place was impeccably clean, everyone there was kind and welcoming, Camy, who cleaned my teeth, is a black belt at dental knowledge and care, I absolutely scored finding this place! Dr. Chin has a fantastic bedside manner. I cannot recommend this place enough! Yes, I realize that’s a little over the top for a dental office, but this place is that good!

I have to say that I have such a positive experience with Dr. Christopher Chin and his entire team. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk was friendly, efficient, and made check-in and scheduling very easy. Dr. Christopher Chin is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, making sure I understood everything and felt at ease. He has a calm and reassuring manner, which really helped me feel less anxious about my visits… The dental hygienist and assistants were equally wonderful—gentle, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and provided excellent care. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with up-to-date technology, which gave me extra confidence that I was receiving top-quality care. I truly appreciate the combination of professionalism, compassion, and personal attention this practice provides. I had 3 fillings done by Dr. Kraft, assisted by Victor. They make a great team and were able to fix my teeth comfortably. I also loved the front desk staff Rosina, Yadi, and Leah. 10/10 customer service!

Amazing staff, super clean, the from desk ladies made me feel so welcomed, doctor explained everything thoroughly which was very helpful. Mario was great and made me feel so comfortable. I am extremely happy after my first visit!

The staff and Doctor Chen are all amazing at Casas adobes dentristy. I am getting implant arches and they have been so attentive during the process. Its expensive but so worth it. I am thrilled with the results so far, maybe I'll update this eventually when the process is complete, to include pics, so much better than dentures. Most people i knew with dentures hate them so i decided the expense was worth it for implants and so glad i just did it.
