Extremely professional family owned and operated dental practice. Very convenient to get appointments at two locations and rarely keep you waiting. They give excellent advice to prevent cavities as well.

The best dental office I've ever been to. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. I make the appointment, come in, get what I need to get done, and go home. There's no extras to it. And I always leave satisified and taken care of.

This is a money hungry office. I thought they were nice and understanding at first up until it was time to get the crown for my root canal. After following Dr. Lin's recommendations I came back to get my crown and she continued to insist it was $1,200. However when I spoke to my insurance they said my copay was $250. I kept letting her know that the max I am suppose to pay is $1,200. she mentioned about how I was getting a discount but how is that a discount when my copay is NOT $1,200?! She REFUSED to do my procedure without my agreement to be overcharged and continued to say she had other clients in the office. I would not recommend this place to anyone and regret ever coming here. I had an appointment here first thing in the morning. The moment I came inside they had music blasting in the lobby and I'm talking very loud not like even a respectable manner for a business. I asked the receptionist if she can turn it down She turns it down literally a hair She gives me the excuse that some songs are louder than others and then tells me that no one else has ever complained. I'm sitting in the lobby and the whole time this speaker is just blaring and I'm thinking like what is going on here This is a place of business This isn't somebody's house and they want to listen to music and get through the day It's a dentist office It should be extremely low. Pretty much I couldn't take it anymore I addressed the receptionist she's continuing to be argumentative and defending it. I spoke to the doctor himself and he says he's been playing music like that in there for 35 years or whatever So obviously they don't care about customers they would rather hear music and feel good. I come from a family that runs businesses and my uncle who passed away a couple years ago was my dentist my whole life and never once ever in his dentistry was he blasting music like that at all and it's 9:00 a.m. in the morning seriously come on. I guess that's what you get for places that are in these types of areas. No common sense at all

Since we bring my dad’s for his new dentures is been a pain in the a** Dr. luu has forgotten what’s to be polite with elders. So she just wants him to wear whatever she wants, and not what he feel comfortable with… so every appointment is the same thing .. if she didn’t want to work with this patient she should refuse to do this job since day one. Another reason for not to come to this place is that they cancel or change your appointment time with out letting patients to know. Just really hate coming here.
