Maria was an excellent hygienist. She was quick to see me, did a really good job with the water pick and polish cleaning, as well as having the level of care to check a couple areas of concern really well to confirm I had no cavities. Really was a well put together staff and business.

Dr. Samet is great, but you rarely see her and only for a few minutes. The rest of the staff is always changing and extremely pushy with services not covered by your insurance. They treat you mouth like its a cash cow. My last appointment, I walked out when the receptionist asked me to pay $2800 while sitting in the waiting room as if she was asking me for a copay. Buy Bye

I can’t say enough great things about this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is spotless and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere that put me at ease right away. Dr. Samet is fantastic—knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The hygienists and assistants are equally wonderful, making cleanings and procedures smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is the level of care and attention to detail. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, I always feel like I’m in the best hands. She was my HMO in network provider for over 7 months. Never once did she submit a claim to my insurance. When requesting an itemized receipt just for one visit it took over three weeks of reminding them , just to receive a made up receipt. She asked how much can I pay now. I told them $580, so they created a fake receipt for that amount, for two teeth that I do not have in the back. My health spending account was frozen due to her inability to be honest. They called it fraud. I was told the code she should have used would only cost me $126 per tooth with my insurance. I’m in the middle of treatment with her , and still have not received a proper receipt. I have delta dental. She suggested I get 6 root canals. I went to another dentist they said I need two and a cleaning that she never suggested. She said she needed to drill a hole in a tooth to let infection drain vs antibiotics. I’ve been paying as if I didn’t have any insurance and now my entire account has been frozen due to fraud on her part. I regret ever walking in her doors. Only when you have a problem, then suddenly she’s too busy to deal with you. I got an implant post placed too close to the next tooth , so that implant cannot be used by another dentist. This has been the most deceitful experience I’ve had. When I called to complain , her office said she doesn’t submit claims , that she just gives a discounted price. Delta said that was considered fraud as she was charging incorrect ‘discounted’ rates. She was my HMO in network dental provider. I need her to fix this as I am now unable to even use my spending account. I have thousands of dollars ….. frozen!!!

I returned bc this office did the original work and my inlay popped out. I only returned because I had to for an inlay that I kept having issues with and my insurance will allow every 5 years according to this office staff. Then they tried to say that I chipped the tooth that was supporting the original inlay they installed, when it was fine before I walked in the door and the office staff and the dentist removed after dropping it in and it was "stuck". Never again! I found a nicer office that doesn't try to work their patients for more $ on accidents they created and gladly paid them instead of this office. I had veneers made previously by Dr Samet, and a dentist actually complimented her work, but who files down the original bottom teeth when the top teeth are new veneers in order for them to line up? I do not want to be stuck returning to this office for another 5 years. Good luck to you all...
