Schedule my appointment weeks in advance. I took off work to make it to my appointment because they are not open on weekends or evenings. When I got to the appointment, they told my appointment has been cancelled because I didn’t confirm two days prior. I never received a call, text, or email to confirm. How am I supposed to confirm my appointment without anywhere to confirm it? I also was not notified about this cancellation process at the time of making my appointment.

If you care about your health and want proper dental treatment instead of having your healthy teeth and jaw damaged, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely negative — in nearly 40 years of life, I’ve never had such a nightmare at a dental office. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Poor service. I received a call the day before to confirm my appointment, the day of my appointment the receptionist tells me there was a misunderstanding and they gave my spot to another patient. They did not try to accommodate they simply asked me to reschedule for another day. I even explained that I left work early because they confirmed my appointment the day before. It was my first time going to the clinic as a new patient, will not return.

I called to schedule a root canal and angel was more than happy to help and worked hard on getting me in. I live in Seattle but the service is more than worth it. They always do a great job on my teeth too. Love this office and been going here for years since I lived in Tacoma. Thanks Angel! Your awesome!

I've been trying to get a root canal done since last August and for some reason they've rescheduled me for this August. First I went in and got it looked at the first time, then the second time and the dentist told me it was infected so my whole face will hurt and thats normal, she didnt prescribe antibiotics or anything. They then cleaned it out about two months after that and then set an appointment around the day after due date to finish the root canal and i called and told them I wont be able to come in all month so she scheduled me for the end of the month and I still couldnt make it from pregnancy complications and healing even thoguh I told them I would not be able to make it and she still scheduled it for then. I tried to get it pulled out at another office and they tried to figure out what she even did to my tooth and were baffled she just cleaned it filled it and then set an appointment 5 months later to finish it and by that time my tooth had fallen apart and got way more infected. I was going to try to get it redone and got an appointment set, went in and she looked inside my mouth and rescheduled me for August. Worst doctor ever the lady who does root canals here cant even do her own job right and its cost me my tooth. I have to get it pulled and have been in extreme pain for the entirety of the last year and through my whole pregnancy. So if you dont like dentists slowly torturing you and refusing to do their job maybe dont go here

The dental manager is an obnoxious rude woman. They will pull your molar and not help you with pain management and treat you like a drug addict asking for heroin. Very demeaning. The dentists are fine but if you’re getting more than a cleaning I wouldn’t go. Their filling caused the infection that made my tooth need to be extracted in the first place.
