Very disappointed with Dr. Pan. Each visit was disorganized, the clinic never knew my treatment plan, and the doctor kept changing her opinion and suddenly adding new procedures. Records and receipts were unclear and often inaccurate. I was even advised to extract a tooth on short notice, which I now regret. Later, another dentist gave me a different treatment plan and confirmed many treatments were unnecessary, which Dr. Pan suggested. I feel misled. Definitely get a second opinion before coming here.

Hello Team, I have been searching for a dentist in a long time. I, finally found my home where I am willing to drive to get my teeth done. I am very impressed with the first visit. Dr. Pan is very compassionate on the job. Her team is very well trained. I am very happy to find this good Dental Place in the BAY..I came in Dr. Pan sat me down to give me treatment plans. She is really patience working with me. I must admit i was very nervous because I never liked going to dentist in first place. I will recommend my family n friends to come here because the experience that I got is excellent.

One lady in the front office had bad attitude and was very pushy on scheduling next cleanings. She also asked me to make appointments for all my family members with the dentist. At the same time, she was very slow in the process. It took her like 10 mins to find an available spot for the next appointment. The doctor was too busy covering several patients at one time and didn't want to spend time discussing the treatment plan and next steps. The communication was awful. The experience was not good and uncomfortable. I decided to switch to other dentist after 2 visits.

The doctor did not remember nor update the record, did not spend time discussing nor listening to my concern, changed the treatment plan unreasonably, and was always too busy covering several patients at one time. The communication was extremely uncomfortable. The doctor pushed the treatment to the next calendar year draining the insurance to earn more money. The doctor suddenly stopped the treatment in the middle and asked me to leave. The doctor was unbelievably irresponsible.

I have been with Dr. Pan for many years. She took care of my teeth well. She has good skills which is higher than other dentists in the market in my opinion. She's always been very nice to her customers. I highly recommend her to other customers.

My family members all choose Dr. Pan as our dentist. Dr.pan has always done great work for us from regular teeth clean to surgical wisdom teeth extraction. All the procedures are gentle and painless. We will definitely have her as our dentist as long as we are in the Bay Area.

I had my teeth cleaned last Friday and instead of a hygienist, the dentist Dr Lu did it. He was very gentle and thorough. My main dentist is Dr Pan. She is also very gentle. I like her a lot. She has done a bone graft and an implant. She is very good.
