I have been going to this dentist for more than 10 years and very happy with office’s service, attitude and support

I have been with this dentist for two years and I am totally leaving this dentist. I had pain and did implement consulting which they charged me and said it will be reimbursed 100% by the insurance but the check never came. So I called to ask and they said no insurance covers 100% for anything. What a change in word. And on top of that the specialist said I had to get surgery due to inflammation which they quote me about $ 2700. I visited other dentist to double check and it wasn't inflammation and I don't need any surgery. I wasted my time and consulting fee which were not reimbursed. And what is worse, some part of consulting fee got reimbursed and the check was combined with cleaning fee which we sent to the dentist. They didn't even call me when they got more than what they should receive. The way they handle this was unprofessional and rude as well.

Dr Kim and another dentist there refused to do a root canal because they were not 100% sure about the cause so suggested me to goto an endodontist instead who ended up performing the surgery and then I came back to Kim for crown...I respect that

Very inefficient staff. They wasted 30 minutes of my time and we’re totally unapologetic. Not good with follow ups

They should close down. Flat out rude inconsiderate workers and management.
