Dr. Forster and his team have successfully seen both my kids for braces, myself for Invisalign, and our semi-annual dental visits. I have been to this office nearly every month for four years and each time is professional, pleasant, and efficient. I interviewed several Madison-area Orthodontists before choosing Prairie Lakes Dental. Not only was the pricing fair, but the office didn’t try to earn my business by enticing my kids with rewards programs, prizes, incentives and other things that have nothing to do with their oral health needs. Dr. Forster asked questions that the others did not and took the time to explain what was needed, why, and what it would cost. The hygienists here are all top-notch too! They work together and will consult one another when needed. My recent filling was quick and painless, with no soreness afterwards. I fully trust this office with my family’s orthodontic and dental healthcare.

Amazing people that work here! Pa at the front always sets the tone when I call or have an appointment she is really nice and welcoming. I no longer live in Wisconsin and travel for my appointments, they have always been nothing but amazing to me and accommodating! Love them !!

Have never had a bad experience in my two years of coming here or even had an appointment that started a minute late. I get semi annual cleanings here, have had a crown put in, and thinking about getting some Invisalign. I never worry about being in pain when I’m here because everyone who works here is always considerate, friendly and attentive to their patients. I’d even a complained of a very slight headache when getting my crown done, and they took it very seriously. Keep doing what you’re doing. This here is a fine establishment!

Friendly, thorough service. Unlike some dentists, crowns are done in one visit. They're very accommodating if you have sudden tooth pain and will do an in-depth exam to make sure they're treating the correct problem the first time.

Had two cracked teeth ground down and two new crowns inserted -- all in one less than three hour appointment. New teeth fit perfectly. No discomfort afterward whatsoever. Highly recommend Prairie Dental for this procedure!

No one likes going to the dentist but the dental assistant and hygienist were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was also good at giving me options and explaining a potential restoration. I changed dentists, because it was hard to get a hold of and get scheduled with my former dentist, which was not an issue with Prairie Lakes Dental. I'll definitely be back!

The people here are very friendly. They explained everything they were doing and why. They gave me a treatment plan and all the information I would need to make a solid decision. This was my first visit and I was beyond pleased that I switched to coming here!
