Hometown Dental of Sugar Land

I was a patient of the last owner carried over. The current owner refuses to see me as a patient after the last owner ruined my crown. In fact the crown is gold and would not fit originally, due to the bite being slightly off. Because of this the doctor put two holes in my crown attempting to fix my bite margins. No one wants to take responsibility for the terrible and incomplete work of the previous doctor. I was specifically told that I myself created the holes in the crown due to grinding my teeth, which they had no evidence of me doing, and I say again this is a gold crown it was only in my mouth a few months. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not get dental work here, especially if you want to be treated with respect, or have excellent dental care.

So grateful for this dental team. My children have been patients here for a few years and the staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind, personable and compassionate. Each time we come I am amazed how well received my children are to the cleanings and treatments - gentle, effective, and patient ❤️

I had a great experience at Hometown dental. The staff was very professional and got me in and out in an hour for my cleaning and scan. They went over all my options thoroughly and of course it wouldn't be a dentists visit without being reminded to do a better job at flossing. Overall I would recommend this to anyone in the area!

I live about 40 minutes away from this office but it is worth the drive such an amazing experience here, the doctors and assistants were great! they were very caring and patient with my kids thanks again ♥️

Dr. Thai is amazing. The team was also great; extremely nice and professional and there’s a great sense of teamwork that I truly enjoyed throughout my visit. Dr. Thai did an amazing job and I can say that it was truly a painless process. She’s extremely caring and reassuring. The place is extremely clean. Her husband did my extraction and he also did an amazing job. Thank you team!

Amazing provider and staff!!! Dr. Thai was amazing with explaining my dental concerns! What caught my attention was how she showed my X-rays….. And gave me option that are best for me…. Staff is amazing and made a girl from Louisiana feel at home. Can't wait to come back in 6 months! I found my forever dentist and you did too
