I had a great experience with Dr. Igot Tkachuk. He removed my wisdom tooth completely pain-free and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The office was very clean, and the environment was welcoming and friendly. Truly a professional and caring dentist—I highly recommend him!

honestly can’t thank this clinic enough. I called in the morning after a completely sleepless night with severe tooth pain, not really expecting much but they took me seriously right away. They listened, explained everything clearly over the phone, and somehow managed to fit me in within just a couple of hours. The two women at the front desk were super kind, calm, and genuinely caring. When you’re in pain, that kind of attitude makes a huge difference. The doctor quickly figured out what was causing the pain and took care of it without wasting any time. Everything felt professional. I walked out feeling relieved and honestly very grateful. Highly recommend.

Staff cancelled my appointment when the words "I’m cancelling my appointment" never left my mouth. I confirmed my appointment online and NEVER advised them to cancel my appointment when we spoke on the phone. Please hire people who have a basic understanding of what’s being relayed to them on the phone. Took a half day from work for no reason. There’s one person in the waiting room but I can’t be seen for another three hours. A complete joke of an office.

I can't judge what kind of doctor he is, but the website says he sees patients on an emergency basis. Today is Saturday, and I had an emergency—a terrible toothache caused by a piece of food getting under my gum and starting to fester. I'm managing the pain with Tylenol, and to relieve the inflammation, I just need a prescription for an antibiotic and a strong mouthwash. I don't need a strong painkiller. You can ask how I know what I need and I will answer you that I had the same thing almost two years ago. I called the office to schedule an appointment today, but they refused, despite the severe pain and a barely five-minute visit. Why then does this office say they see patients on an emergency basis? " Emergency dental care is available at Igor Tkachuk DDS in Staten Island and the surrounding area. It may be difficult to understand what constitutes an emergency when it comes to dental problems. However, there are certain signs that indicate when someone should pursue more immediate care. Ignoring a dental issue can have long-term consequences and can affect other teeth, the gums, or the underlying jaw bone.
