My crown fell out of my mouth while I was eating a cracker. The crown was only a few years old too done by a different dentist. I went in as an emergency patient. I loved the doctor he was very kind and calming and reassuring. I have extremely sensitive teeth and him and the entire staff made the process smooth. From the women at the front desk to the girls that assist during the dental work the customer service is unlatched. They really do treat you nicely in there. I just switched over permanently to go there for my routine cleanings and I will never go any place else because of how nice the staff is and because the hygienist really took care of me and my extremely sensitive teeth.

Was there today, if I could give them 6 stars I would. Amazing staff, everyone from receptionist , to the nurse and doctor. They made me feel very comfortable and we're extremely friendly. Gave me the best information I need for my next step. Will be going back to them soon to get my work done,

The ONLY dentists on Staten Island who was willing to look at my tooth the same day, when I had an emergency. Bad wisdom tooth that has had never been pulled out due to my anxiety, was pulled out in 15 minutes, I had such an easy recovery and Dr Hecht had the office follow up with me. Advanced office, high-tech technology and most important- clean. Friendly, quick and successful visit at the dentist, now it's time to take care of my self, and Dr Jason Hecht has me in his schedule for all future procedures.

Jason and Alex Hecht are knowledgable, caring and professional dentists. When I went for my initial consultation and they explained my options I felt confident and assured that all would go well, and it did. I can't stop smiling and feel very confident with my veneers and implants. They also assigned me a wonderful dental hygienist "Sheri", who I see three to four times a year to maintain healthy gums and teeth. She is thorough and gentle. I can drink cold liquids and bite into an apple without fear or pain. "Healthy Teeth" "Healthy Smile"

From the minute you enter the office for your first visit, it is apparent that your experience there will be a great one. You are treated with the utmost respect. As a patient you are presented with options based on your desired outcome and other factors. Dr. Hecht is unlike any dentist I’ve ever been to. He, as well as the entire staff, actually take the time to listen to you. The Office Manager Judy, hygienist Loreen and everyone on the staff makes every phase of the work go as smoothly as possible. Any fears you may have (and I had a lot!) are addressed. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment because I know the final result will be wonderful!

I had to see Dr. Jason Hecht a few months ago on the weekend because I has excruciating pain and he was able to see me as an emergency. He made the pain go away almost instantly. Not only did he remove the problem tooth, but he managed to put an implant in the same day. Soon I will have a new tooth there and I can't wait. Everyone at the office is very friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend going there for any dental work.

Dr. Hecht is extremely thorough & professional . He has a relaxing chairside manner & very gentle hands . The office has state of the art equipment, is very clean, & has employed the most caring helpful staff I have ever met . Dr. Hecht & his staff genuinely care about you. They have integrity and skill as a team as well as in the resulting treatment. All treatment was thoroughly planned out & explained to me TWICE. The free consultation was a plus. At the treatment visit, they never made me feel uncomfortable about the unfortunate neglect of my teeth for some time. What I really want to get across is.. I COULD NOT have asked for a better experience and I have finally found peace in this part of my life , best decision I've ever made.
