Worst front office ever. I drove an hour from sun city center to see Dr. DeVaul again. I arrived 4 minutes late and the girl at the front made me sit and wait 30 minutes then goes, "oh you were 5 minutes late, you wanna reschedule?" With an attitude. If being 4 minutes late was an issue I should have received a call or text and you don't make patients wait over half an hour then get an attitude telling them to reschedule. It was ridiculous and I will never be back. I'll also be sure my friends and family know to avoid this dump. It's a shame because Dr. DeVaul was great but her front staff is rude and the black lady had a terrible attitude towards me and felt like she made me wait on purpose just to tell me to leave

Janet's receptionist has very rude phone manners. I called for an appointment and she kept cutting me off when I was explaining what I needed! Then she put me on hold! I think the receptionist is the first impression we get of the practice.

I went in for a cleaning, and check up and it was a great experience! Kristen was gentle and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. I had a check up afterwards, with Dr. DeVaul and found I had two cavities. I came back and had two fillings, and Dr. DeVaul was incredible. She did a great job keeping me calm, comfortable, and pain-free. She was gentle as well, and it was over before I knew it! I will definitely come back here for all my dental needs.

Dr Duvall is the best! I am petrified of dentists, and I never show for a second appointment....UNTIL, I met Dr Duvall, she is different from all the rest! She is kind, patient, compassionate, informative and amazingly gentle (as much as a dentist can be). I have been having procedures done with Dr. Duvall for more than a year now, and it has decades of neglect due to my fear of dentists and only return because of her and her staff.... they are AWESOME!

If you need to recommend a dental office for your dental needs 4th street st.petersburg is the place to go too. Great from the front of the house to the heart of the house. Your experience will be the best you've had in all your dentist history. Check them out.
