The Dental Clinic has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 66 reviews on Google
Hygienist man and Asst very friendly and nice people. Dentist came in said said I had big cavities on back of tooth and needed crown.(4000+) Proceeded to request payment from insurance for crown she said was need. Insurance said NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY. Tried to contact office for alternative treatment got the run around about appointment. Don’t recommend. Never go back
This dental office is terrible. I took my daughter in for a toothache she gets whenever she eats crunchy food. They made us wait a long time, said insurance approval for a cavity would take two months, and later told us the filling doctor no longer works there, offering only temporary medication instead of fixing the problem. I’ve never heard of a doctor needing approval for a cavity.
Summary: I went in for a simple front-tooth filling and chip repair. The dentist left the filling rough with sharp peaks, then removed excessive healthy tooth structure during two separate visits — leaving my tooth thinner, indented, and with a visible dark spot. I now need cosmetic/restorative work elsewhere. Communication was cold, and my disclosed disability was ignored. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. _____ I went to this dentist three times in one week: once for a cleaning, once for a filling, and once to repair the poor work from that filling. The filling was so poorly done that sharp peaks of excess material covered the tooth, even in areas far from the cavity site, and it made flossing in that area impossible. In the same visit, I asked for a small chip to be repaired. Instead of only shaping the filling to fix the chip, the dentist filed down my natural tooth. She said the new angle was "best for my bite," but she created it by removing healthy tooth structure rather than adjusting the filling. I never asked for this change, and the result is far more dramatic — and far uglier — than the tiny chip I came in to fix. The tooth now has an unnatural slant that wasn’t there before, and I’m much more self-conscious about its appearance than I ever was about the original chip. Because I have a disability affecting speech (which they were aware of), I emailed afterward to request the rough filling and new tooth angle be fixed. At the follow-up, the dentist needed to spent an excessive amount of time grinding the tooth to remove the rough spots — and again drilled into my natural tooth. This created new indents on the side that had never existed before, leaving my left front tooth visibly thinner than my right. There is now a visible dark spot where the filling is, and I need a second opinion to confirm if it’s properly sealed or at risk of decay. These were not minor adjustments — they were repeated removals of healthy, natural tooth structure that were unnecessary to address the original issue. I went in for a simple cavity and chip repair; I left with permanent aesthetic damage, new indentations, and concerns about the tooth’s integrity. Throughout these visits, the dentist was cold and unwelcoming. Despite being told three separate times in the same week that my speech issues were due to a disability, she referred to it as an "ear infection" at my last appointment — showing she either wasn’t listening or didn’t care. I now need cosmetic and possibly restorative work elsewhere to repair the damage. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone.
Probably the best Dentistry I came across good people great help I definitely recommend!!!
Great place! The design of the clinic is amazing. Staff is friendly and does a great job communicating and accommodating for patient needs. Dr. Xiong is very willing to answer any questions or concerns patients might have. She also definitely took her time creating such a safe and welcoming space. The hygienist also did a great job cleaning my teeth! Totally recommend this clinic to all.
I had just moved out of state, and it was a little nerve wrecking to find a new dental clinic, but Miss, Eugene was a pleasure to work with. She thoughtfully explained every procedure/steps before she operated, and also informed me that if there’s any discomfort/pain to let her know! The clinic space, and bathroom is very clean/modern looking, which I like. It shows that the place is hygienic and up to date on their cleaning! The front desk people were also really nice, and inviting. So that’s a bonus! Usually if the front desk person at a practice is rude, or impolite, I usually get cold feet. Paperwork/patient info was convenient! I like how everything was done online, so when I checked in, I was ready to go. It would’ve been a 5 star if there was better parking. I know that they offer street and back lot parking, but those spots are not guaranteed, especially when it’s busier hours. Other than that, I have no complaints, and I’ll be returning/referring other people here, if they ever need a cleaning.
Just had one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had! The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. The hygienist was awesome — really gentle but thorough, and explained everything as she went, which I appreciated. My teeth feel so clean, and the whole appointment was quick, smooth, and surprisingly relaxing. The office itself was super clean and had a calm vibe, which helped a lot. Honestly, I left feeling great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s professional but also really down-to-earth.
