I've been coming here on and off since I was a kid (am 43 now). I remember going to the old location off Dale St. for shots before school started and sometimes for dental visits. I don't go as often as I should now, but boy am I glad places like this exist for low income people like me with no insurance. I came in a few years ago for a tooth extraction due to a severe toothache. Dr. Thomas Spray did a good job of pulling out the infected tooth and the pain went away. I got some shots for my interpreting job there too. I hate needles, but the staff members who gave me shots or drew my blood were always careful and made the experience not as bad. Today I decided to pay a visit because of my horrible stomach pains. All the front desk staff and nurses are very kind. The doctor I saw today is Sam Boadu. Nice fella. I appreciate all their help.

Dr. Michael is very professional and the team is caring, they always answer my calls and call back in a very short time. I am blessed to find that that clinic. They even give discount for medication for people with no insurance.

This place is a joke came Thursday last week was told they do walk in on the phone When I got there she said no walk in Met the nurse yesterday she said they do do walk ins front desk definitely we’re not tryna do there job. First time here so I didn’t know so if you do come here there are walk ins. This is the clinic btw. If this happens to you just ask to speak to a nurse trust me this place is a walk in. Will be contacting a higher up person also about this. Thanks

On April 26, 2023, I called and made a tele-health appointment with Samuel Boadu for a prescription refill. I receive a call at 8am on April 27, 2023, stating that he is unable to conduct a tele-health call. It has been mentioned by the receptionist that a tele-health will be conducted, and this is my second appointment in an effort to have my prescription filled. I can't stop taking my medication mid-course because it could lead to a stroke. I am extremely disappointed that it took them two appointments to realize that he cannot participate in tele-health. I will never suggest this facility or this physician to anyone else. Only because my doctor is booked for another month did I make an appointment with him. Another appointment for pap smear! I requested a female doctor when the receptionist asked if I wanted one when I made the appointment for the pap smear. On the morning of my appointment, a male medical student and an African nurse practitioner entered the space. The fact that she did not read my preferences left me feeling incredibly overwhelmed and sad. On the day it was supposed to be done, I did not have a pap smear. I work in healthcare, and this place provided no patient care. Because someone simply failed to read the patient's chart, I never want this to happen to anyone else. Simply read the chart instead of making the patient wait longer than necessary, in my opinion. It would only be because of Dr. Kemp that I would suggest this clinic. Prior to entering the patient room, he is always prepared.
