I would like to sincerely thank Dr Cook, and everyone in your office for the exceptional care I am receiving . From the very first interaction at the front desk to the moment I sat in the dental chair, the service is truly outstanding. This dental experience is unlike any I have ever had. The warmth, friendliness, and genuine care shown by every team member immediately put me at ease. The thorough explanations and attention to detail helped me feel informed, respected, and safe throughout my visits. I’ll admit, I became emotional and cried a few times—but not once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable, rushed, or less than. Instead, I was met with patience, compassion, and understanding at every step. That level of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. Never in my life have I left a dental office feeling like I had been given an experience, not just a service. You’ve set a new standard for what dental care should feel like, and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you for treating me with such dignity, empathy, and excellence.

I waited a few weeks to post this review after my latest incident with this dental office to reflect on the 25+ years I've gone here. The stars are for the dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants who work in this office. They've always been fantastic to deal with and if this review was just about them, it would be as many stars as I could give them. There was a time when the front office group was fantastic as well. Over the years, that has gone downhill considerably. This last incident was my breaking point. I had an appointment scheduled for December 15th. It was in text messaging and on a previous bill that included all of my family's upcoming appointments. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I showed the woman at the reception desk the text messages I had. That didn't matter. This person said I could wait around and see if they could fit me in later in the day. I had other appointments scheduled based on an appointment I'd made with this dental office MONTHS ago so that wasn't going to work. I was offered an appointment the next morning. That didn't work since I have a full schedule and carved out time specifically to come to this appointment and a few others. Then I got an apathetic "sorry..,". I left. My appointment had been removed and I'd not been notified or called about it, like I would've been back in the early years of going to this dentist office. I've had considerable pain in my jaw for months now, which is why I reached out to see when my next appointment was (see photos). But none of that mattered to the front office staff. Just an unconcerned "sorry" then turning back around to continue talking to the people in desks behind her. I sent a note to file to the office documenting this incident and was offered $100 credit towards my next appointment. A credit to my account does not take away the pain I was in! I was able to secure an appointment at a highly rated dental office who took pity on my painful situation. My family and I are all moving to this new dentist now. Why continue to do business with a place that doesn't care enough to notify you they've canceled your appointment and expects you to rearrange your schedule around their very poor customer service and lack of attention to detail? If ever there was an example of "it takes years to win a customer and seconds to lose them", this is it. For the fluffy, superficial, canned social media manager response there will be to this review, save it. It's clear to me that it's BS. I scheduled this appointment when I was in for a previous appointment at this office. I sent "C" to confirm the appointment in text messaging. No, you didn't make any attempts to contact me to tell me my appointment had been canceled, like you've stated in another review here. With the numerous ways you have to contact me, that excuse will hold no water. Further, no, I'm not calling your office to discuss further, as you've asked in other reviews here. The time for that has passed. My family and I now have a dental office focused on good customer service, quality patient care, and attention to detail, like Dr. Waite and Associates once was years ago.

I had amazing experience here! It was my first time going to this dentist office so I was a bit nervous, but it exceeded my expectations! My hygienist Nancy was so kind and knowledgeable and talked me through so many things that I haven’t had explained to me in the past. Dr. Cook was amazing as well, she made me feel heard and taken care of. The office was clean and had a nice, calm appeal to it. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I had a great experience today. It was my first time with this dental office. Dr. Cook was very thorough with her exam and gentle when cleaning my teeth, she was kind and genuinely listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The staff there are all nice and friendly. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.
