I was very impressed with the whole practice - from calling to schedule next day, to easy check-in, and friendly staff overall. This practice is a large, well-oiled machine. Most everyone has dental anxiety, but this place puts you at ease. Honestly, kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever seen. Also, clear and efficient billing on the spot. Highly recommend!

This is a happy, compassionate team of professionals. They take Excellent care of all my dental needs, from painless cleanings, to crowns, to customer service that exceeds expectations. I brought my 85 year old Mom (who has mobility issues) to Dr. House, and she was treated with the utmost care by all who treated her needs for deep scaling, a crown, and filling. They also provided a great referral for her painless root canal.

Amazing experience! As someone who usually is nervous to visit the dentist, I could not recommend this place more! Shawna was the most incredible hygienist, the woman who took my x-rays was delightful, and the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 reccomend!

I was running late for appt due to work meeting but thought it would be fine as Ive sat waiting for my appt many times for more than 15 minutes. I was 12 minutes late for an end of the day appt but they wouldnt see me because it was 2 minutes after the "new" 10 minute cutoff. Amazing how its okay to waste the patients time and have them wait for them but when it comes to them waiting on us, its unacceptable. Wasted another 15 min of my time leaving work early, rushing to appt in good faith that the "running late policy" would be reciprocated. Will never go here again and dont recommend. Their time is more important than yours.

The Streets of St Charles have always taken good care of me! I have been going there since Dec of 2024. I am on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plan I would say 95% close to 100% of my dental bill has been covered. I have only had to pay one time in the beginning. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and yet I never felt judged. They were caring and made sure I was comfortable. I like the way they take the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I have never had to wait in the waiting room more than 5 mins. They have an efficient staff who are quick to check my insurance plan to make sure my procedures are covered that same day. I received text message reminders for every appointment so I don't have to worry about forgetting it. My dental hygienist talks with me during my procedures which makes me feel relaxed. There is a TV right in front of you if you need distraction. She works with expertise and efficiency providing the best care for me. Highly recommend! Thank you Streets of St Charles! 🫶

Longer than normal wait for my cleaning with Jessica of 15mins, she did apologize, but would've liked to be back on time, promptness is huge in this business, otherwise it was a nice experience, definitely would recommend this office and team!

Great, only that the reason for me going in was to get a referral to have my tooth pulled by an oral surgeon. Which cost me over a hundred dollars to see me, but they never had the oral surgeon call me. When they said they sent the information to the surgeon. Still waiting on call back.
