I had an amazing experience at Aspen dental with Hannah! She was incredibly professional and easy to talk to, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I was nervous about getting work done on my teeth, but she took the time to address all my concerns and put me at ease with their expertise and calm demeanor. Isabella in the front office was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. I was pretty anxious about my procedure, and she immediately picked up on that. Instead of brushing it off, she took the time to talk with me, keep me grounded, and help me feel calm and supported. Her demeanor alone made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt going into my appointment. It’s rare to find someone who can make a stressful situation feel manageable just by the way they show up, and she truly has that gift. Dr. Ahmad Kateb is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable dentists I’ve ever met. He doesn’t just tell you what needs to be done, he explains the why behind it in a way that actually makes sense. I never felt rushed, pressured, or talked down to. Instead, I felt educated, respected, and confident in the plan of care. After going to dentists for over 20 years, it was refreshing to receive insights and advice I had never been given before. You can tell he is extremely skilled, but even more importantly, that he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of his work. This office sets a completely different standard for what a dental experience should feel like. Between Isabella’s kindness and Dr. Kateb’s expertise, the entire visit felt thoughtful, professional, and reassuring. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental appointments or just wants to be treated by people who truly know what they’re doing and actually care, this is the place to go.

So I went in cause I'm needing new teeth. They take x-rays, sit me down in tge chair. Doc looks in my mouth for maybe 30 seconds, says ok good thing is you have enough bone for implants, let just pull them all and get you implants. No conversation about what my expectations are or even options. Shuffle me off to another room ,run my credit, then tell me $7500 fot just the bottom plate. Wife just hot a top plate and bottom partially for $2500 less. I feel they were super unprofessional and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth Would not recommended

I recently had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I went in for two crowns and a small filling, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I came to Aspen Dental after I learned my other dental office had no dentist or hygienist. A friend told me about how hard Aspen worked to take care of her needs. My husband and I had an appointment the very next day and we were treated like good friends. We now have a plan of action for us both and I'm confident that they will do their very best to take super good care of us. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I couldn't be any happier.

Made an appt for a cleaning and checkup. They told me they wouldn't do a cleaning and presented me with a bill for 1800.00 and that would be my part AFTER my blue cross dental paid theirs. I had to accept this before they would make a new appt for a cleaning. I had to change from a good dentist that I had been seeing every 6 months for years because he was no longer accepted my insurance. In all those years he never told me I would need this expensive procedure. This place reminds me of a dirty used car sales. Now they are fighting me for my x rays so I can find a new Doctor. My insurance only pays for x-rays once a year. Be very cautious and get a second opinion before falling for their snake oil. I called my insurance and they are going to be watching what they bill for.

I really appreciate the work that Aspen dental did with my dentures and made it simple with appointments and finances and was done in a very timely manner. If I knew all the girls names that helped me with this process and procedure I would name them individually but the only name I have is Shianne I think thanks again for letting me smile big
