Dr. Dean is amazing, I love how he takes his time to explain in detail any procedure he will perform on your teeth. He also takes time to answer any questions or concerns. I also got to say that all the staff are very nice, and they always make you feel welcomed. Keep up the amazing customer service you give to me, and all of us. I am so fortunate to have an amazing Dentist! 🙂

My first impression walking through the door was the welcoming smile and amiable greeting of Stephanie, the well disposed associate at the front desk. She immediately knew who I was, being this the first time I have ever been there. The waiting room had an inviting decor and gave off the impression of being homely; autumn decorations placed strategically around the office. Dr. Dean’s introduction was casual and friendly, creating the impression of familiarity, while still having the earmarks of a professional. Thank you to Dr. Dean and his exceptionally well chosen team.

I have been using Dr. Dean for years. Even when I moved away I would drive all the way up from CA to use him. They also helped me when I had to get a porcelain tooth made customized for me. It still look’s perfect and no problems. ( knock on wood) The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love this dentist and my mother also uses Dr. Dean. Highly recommend!!

This office is amazing. First, and most importantly, Dr. Dean is a well educated and highly skilled dentist. He is meticulous in his work and has great follow through with his patients after procedures. The office staff is professional, efficient and you always feel welcome at the practice. Entire operation is the ultimate business model. Treat people how you’d like to be treated. It’s perfect. The best. Always leaves me wondering why everyone in the medical field isn’t operating like Dr. Dean and the Dream team. I’m certain it’s not easy. They sure make it look easy. Simple ? Evidently not. I see my share of Doctors of all types. These wonderful people are the best of the best. Rock Stars. If you’re in the medical field and Dr. Dean is your dentist. Pay attention to how it’s supposed to work.

There are two things about this office that make it better than any dentist I’ve ever had. Like clockwork they are always on schedule. I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room past my scheduled time. Also, the entire staff gives off a professional yet comfortable " family" vibe. It’s a small town feel from the moment you walk in the door.
