From the moment I called to get more information, everyone was incredibly kind. If I remember her name correctly, it was Wendy who I spoke with, and she was AMAZING and full of energy ✨ Even though my surgery was scheduled from one day to the next, they helped me every step of the way and never made me feel like I was asking silly questions. The surgery was quick and went very smoothly. I truly recommend this place 100%. The entire team makes you feel like family, and I was so nervous but they kept making me laugh and having conversations with me ☺️ I genuinely appreciate their work—100% recommended.

Great professional, thorough and kind staff--Wendy, Kendra and Hannah today were on-point and made my 3-month check-up such a good experience. The office is bright, clean and comfortable. Less than a 5-min wait from time of check-in to getting into a chair. They keep the communication open and professional so I know what is going on during my cleaning, and they explain what they are doing and what they are looking out for as they provide care--i believe they respect my time and me as a patient.

I feel VERY anxious at the dentist & they all made me feel comfortable and were so kind! They are going to fix my dental issues for a reasonable price too. So excited I found a wonderful compassionate place to have my dental work done. Highly recommend!

My experience at the new dentist office was excellent. I was greeted warmly by Erin at the front desk, then Jackson brought me back for my X-rays. Dr. Alexandra Clark went over the results with me and clearly explained everything, including how to keep my teeth well taken care of. After that, Salma, the hygienist, cleaned my teeth very gently and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, I had a great visit and felt very well taken care of.

This place is amazing! Dr. Franco is great endodontist and takes your input into account when it comes to your treatment plan. His staff is friendly and checked in with me when they were running behind and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. I’m so glad I found his office and he took of my root canal, no problem, no pain!

My experience here has been less than Ideal. Though I do like Dr Diaz, my treatment went south when they recommended orthodontic treatment. I opted for Invisalign. The orthodontist is only available two Wednesdays a month, so it made scheduling difficult. When I started with Dr Bernstein there he gave me one set of instructions for the trays. He then retired and the new guy came in, told me I was doing the treatment wrong even though I had followed Dr Bernsteins instructions to a tee. I was then gaslit into believing I was the one in the wrong. He completely contradicted what Bernstein had said, leaving me confused. He said because I hadn’t followed the instructions, even though I had, I needed to order more trays to continue treatment. I was told two weeks for them. 8 weeks passed with no call from them saying they were in. I showed up to an appointment to find yet another guy as their temp ortho, to only find out they are going back to the other guy who was belligerent to me. I refuse to work with him, so I took my trays and left. If you are going for very basic twice a year cleanings, they are probably fine, but their lack of communication and follow through with me, as well as being told something different every time I go in, I will be seeking another dentist. I would avoid if possible.

This place is amazing. Extremely professional and only does work on my teeth that is necessary. The staff are all so friendly and nice. I have had clear aligners, fillings, and my regular cleanings done here and I’m always satisfied
