I really liked the last owner, Dr Smith. I was with him for many years - He was Great and stood by his work. Unfortunaltey new ownership is PROFIT focused and DO NOT stand behind their work. Examples: 1. I don't have insurance and I had Dr Ogden perform a filling that crumbeld out after 3 months. Dr offred a credit toward a harder product (Which is what I paid for 3 mo ago). Said he couldn't offer anything beyond that. Example 2: Not having insurance a cash discount is extreamly helpful. SoJo Dental offers 10% discount for same day payment (at time of review). I have found seveal Dentists in the area that offer 20-30% off to the uninsured. As a craftman myself, I simply can't work with business who doesn't have the pride to stand behind their work and neither should you.

I had a crown done. It was honestly the best dental experience. Cambree made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a weighted blanket. Dr. Ogden was great. I didn’t have any pain. They make the crown in house, so while I waited, they turned the lights off so I could relax and rest. As a working mom, this was awesome because I don’t get a lot of down time. I would highly recommend SOJO dental.

Having my crown done by Dr Ogden and Melanie was a great experience! It has been a while since I had to have a crown and they now have where I was able to leave with my crown on the same appointment! I did not have to have the gloopy impression stuff and wait 2 weeks with a temporary in place. It was all done in office at the same appointment! Thank you all at SoJo Dental for making this a great experience!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Ashlyn and Katie at the front are always welcoming and on top of things, and Dr. Ogden does a great job of making you feel comfortable. Everyone here makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

I just got done with my 6 month checkup and cleaning and it was great! Everyone was very nice and I was in and out very fast. I got my teeth cleaned by Payton and she was excellent!! Normally my gums hurt after but she did a great job, probably the best cleaning I’ve ever had! I saw Dr. Ogden after and he was great also! I would definitely recommend Sojo Dental 🙂

I was a patience of SoJo Dental for 12 years with Dr. Smith and I generally like to leave positive reviews. I loved Sojo Dental when Dr. Steven Smith was there-he was amazing, skilled, friendly, caring, and so professional, definitely deserving of all the great reviews. Things shifted with the new dentist - it’s like a different practice now, way more profit-focused; staff - same folks - have turned cold. During my checkup, they said I needed two fillings right away, which surprised me. Got a second opinion elsewhere-no fillings needed, so glad I held off. And that thirty-dollar fee for barely missing an appointment? They never even mentioned it - said I could just reschedule, then dinged me with the fee. Harsh, especially with a new doctor and setup; feels unwarranted and they wouldn’t waive it in any way. I could have raced over within a couple of minutes but was told to reschedule. Still, Dr. Smith was fantastic. Won’t be back to SoJo Dental, but grateful for those days.

I’ve been a patient at SoJo Dental for about 10 years and have recommended them to family and friends in the past. Now the new dentist who has taken over the office, Dr Ogden, is amazing! They are getting some incredible new technology! I just had a one time appointment to replace a crown that was incredible! I watched the new tooth be made in the new machine in 5 minutes and it was so cool! Melanie took the best care of me and showed me the tooth being created! She’s the best!! I fully recommend anyone go to SoJo dental! I would recommend my own mother!
