I highly recommend Platinum Dental! Dr. Franco was very kind and patient with me, and all of the ladies there, especially Becca, we're outstanding. They made me feel comfortable and calm, and I truly appreciated that. I don't leave very many reviews, but I couldn't pass up letting potential patients know just how wonderful this place and team is!

5 stars. I was visiting family and cracked an old crown. I wasn't sure of the damage and couldn't get back to my dentist until mid January. At the suggestion of my sister, I called and was able to get an appt. the same day. The Dr. is a super nice guy. He x-rayed the tooth and said it would hold up until I could get to my dentist. He would be my dentist if I lived in SLC.

Everyone in the office is so courteous and kind, and the staff are great at putting you at ease while you're in the chair. Dr. Chaple is an excellent dentist, and if you unfortunately ever need a root canal (like me) I can't recommend Dr. Franco highly enough. Thanks to the team there!

Completely overwhelmed with.. my Oral surgeon and the very best team I have ever ever experienced.. I cannot get over how professional and how kind and how genius they are on the knowledge.The comfort i will never forget, the professionalism kindness and they listened very careful. Walked me through every step with baby steps.So that I would understand on me a 1rst time patient for receiving my 1rst time post am just amazed.!!! The follow up.. But these guys have always been great. The staff is friendly and know what they are doing. I went in for some fillings and a cleaning and was done in about an hour fast work but done correctly. They have also given me a plan to repair some damaged teeth, and we are taking a step-by-step

It was amazing super helpful staff helped out every second of the way, lifted the weight of having to deal with insurance and did it for me. Gave me personal numbers if I have questions. Amazing people and great work only wanted the best for me there.

This was a very good experience. Everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient. A dentist visit is usually not one is looking forward to. This one turned out really well. We are now patients of Platinum!!!
