Family Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Implants: Kwang W. Kim, DDS

First off, I hated going to the dentist bc of bad experiences when I was younger. But this was different. Dr Irby and Lacy were so nice to meet and walked me through everything. I still have some anxiety that I just can’t shake but I’m getting so much done. I finally can smile again without worrying. Can’t recommend this office enough.

They canceled my appointment at least three times in the past three years. When I canceled my appointment I was charged $50 with $25 in charges. When I disputed the change I was told that I signed a contract. When I told her I will not be using them anymore I was told to get my dental records if I am switching dentists.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! The office staff are wonderful like above and beyond every time I walk in the door, and Dr Irby has hands down the best chair side manner and whole experience of any Dentist, Dr, specialist, or surgeons I’ve ever met! In all of my life! He knows all the things to make everything a smoother experience! One by one many of our family and friends have taken our advice and switched to this office, and they say the exact same! About everyone there!! At 33, I can safely say, i’ll never sit in the chair of another dentist again! He is THE BEST! Thanks Dr Irby! -❤️Guthrie Family!

I had a great experience here! I wasn’t a patient but they got me in 2 days after I called and even got me an early spot for that day! Dr. Irby and his assistant Lacy were very compassionate and understanding of the pain I was in. They made sure they explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had. The price was not unreasonable like most places I been to! They really made me feel like I was in good hands. I am so thankful for them and this place overall! Definitely would recommend and definitely will come back

I am now a former patient of this practice. One of my filling recently came out. When I called to have the issue looked at I was told I could not reschedule because I had a balance, that was paid off, that went to collections. I have always paid what I was told to pay at the time of service. When I received additional bills for charges not paid by the insurance, I pay those as well. If a patient is habitually not paying their balance, I can understand not allowing them to reschedule again. I paid the charge that went into collections a few days after - once I was aware of the charge I paid it. And now I’m not able to reschedule. I have to find a new dentist, wait for a new patient appointment, to get x-rays and then can get a new dentist to fix my filling. I hope this doesn’t become a more expensive issue because my dentist dumped me. I guess they call that a "me" problem.

Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. They are fun, understanding, compassionate and most of all gentle! They made a nervous person like me at ease with the whole experience of having a tooth pulled. Would recommend his practice to EVERYONE!

I am very pleased with their service. Especially, Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed dentist. I had a few dentists for my teeth issues. By far, he is the best one I had. I like him so much that I don't mind driving 1.5 hours to get his treatment.
