Zent Family Dentistry

My dentist retired after I've been treated there for about 30 years. I tried another dentist and had a completely unsuccessful experience. It was recommended I go to Zent family dentistry and I have been so pleased with the care I have received. Dr Sheena was so thorough and caring going over tooth by tooth during my first exam. I have been happy with the hygienists as well. I had to have a lower bridge implant done and I had it placed today. I didn't have to have any adjustments made to it at all. It fits like a glove I am so happy that I made the choice to go there and highly recommend this practice.

My new favorite dentist! Dr. Kelsey was amazing! I've always hated to go to the dentist. They all were very kind, patient and super helpful. I am definitely going to make them my regular dental office. I've only lived in the area for a few years and finding a good dentist has been difficult. I highly recommend the Zent Family Dental.

I would be called "crazy" for saying this, that I look forward into going to the Dentist! What! I know right? But at Zent Family Dentistry, I actually look forward in to going for many reasons such as the extremely warm welcome as soon as you enter. On top of that it, I felt totally comfortable. Now that’s just by walking in. Once you check in at the desk, everyone that waits on you were extremely friendly, very helpful with any and all questions you may have and well knowledgeable in their fields of work. One in particular that stands out is, Stacy(I think it’s the correct spelling. If not my apologies) She is one of the most multi talented in tasks in a person that I’ve seen for some time. She answer questions, answers the phone and on top of it, she handles all the work with the VA with any and everything and she is on point in all categories too! The entire staff are the most professional which having you feeling totally comfortable and totally satisfied from their work! I almost don’t want to share how great they are because it will get out there and have everyone wanting to go. I kinda want them all to myself. Lol!

Wonderful first appointment at Zent Family Dentistry! They explained in detail all of my options, and had wonderful bedside manner. Will definitely continue to use Zent Family Dentistry for all my dental needs.

Great experience with this dental office. I transferred from another dentist office and received exceptional care. This included all members of the staff. They made me comfortable, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, clarified any confusions I had, and alleviated almost all anxiety I had about going to the dentist. The Zent Family Dentistry both dentists and hygenists are very intuned to patient needs. I greatly appreciate the opportunity of being seen by this dental group. I recommend them to anyone with any dental issues.

Scheduled an appointment back in December. I sent them my insurance card on THREE separate occasions and had to continually call them back to confirm they received it. Two days before my appointment, they call to tell me that my insurance is not in their network (despite their website claiming that they accept all insurance). I spoke to Tina, who very rudely tried to blame a new employee even though I have spoken to multiple employees over the course of the past month. Overall, a massive waste of time.
