This was my first visit as a new patient and from start to end, it was a great experience. Staff were very caring and patient. I didn't feel like a was just another person/patient trying to rush me thru. The cleaning was done thoroughly. I also needed to get a filling. The Team did a great job of walking me through the process and helped me with my anxiety! Absolutely wonderful! I will recommend this dental office to everyone!! Thank you for great service from beginning to end!!

The office staff is amazing and I am so thankful that they have been so helpful in getting me in quickly to take care of a broken crown. Dr. Ferdowsian and Nikki did an awesome job of making it look good and getting it done. I really appreciate the care and time taken to make sure things were done right.

The office is so cozy and welcoming. Stephanie I believe her name is at the front desk, or the lady who is usually there with the long hair has the memory of an elephant. She remembers faces, and names, and greets you by name when you walk in. The dental assistants are all so cheerful and kind and patient. My 3yr old went for his first exam and while he was extremely well behaved he also had some 3yr old behaviors that all of the staff handled so extremely well. And the new dentist I unfortunately can’t think of her name at the moment, but she is also kind and welcoming and doesn’t give off any judgmental vibes. Her voice is positive and calming and the care this office provides is perfect.

This was my first appointment at UP Family Dentistry. They have been most accommodating and so kind trying to work with my schedule. Every time an earlier opening came up, I would receive a text informing me. We finally worked it out for a cleaning sooner than later. My overall experience with scheduling and cleaning has been such a positive one. I have been to two other dentists in the past couple of years, and it’s true, third time is a charm! I plan to keep going to UP Family Dentistry and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you UPFD! You all are the best!

My experience everytime I come here is amazing! Everyone is really kind and the Dr is thorough with her work. She makes sure to break things down without making you feel dumb! Super gentle when operating during procedures and honestly I would not go anywhere else! Glad I found this office. 10/10 Dentist office!

Dr. Turner and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist Nichole explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. She did a great job with my routine cleaning and X-rays. They also set up a plan for some necessary future treatments I will need for a couple problem areas. Highly recommended!

I was nervous about my anesthesia. But having discussed with doctor day before was less so. But things seemed to change from what I had been told. From description of procedure to anesthesia. I self advocated for myself by refusing extra shot for anesthesia at which point doctor said. "Then let it hurt." Then went on to say I shouldn’t tell dentist how to do his job. And that he didn’t tell my husband ( or Toni’s a doctor) how to do his. I was appalled hurt and angry by these words. And had I not been numbed and in need of procedure I would have walked out. Also suddenly I was able to have a different procedure which I was surprised at. But was fine with as it was less invasive and expensive. Then doctor seemed to be overly friendly and concerned about my pain level after all of this which I found highly suspect I am weighing whether to return to this practice. I love everyone else there and the assistant this day was extremely professional and did more than her fair share to make me comfortable
