Summer Dental

Welcoming front desk staff. Seen on time. Dentist and assistant made me feel safe, and were very encouraging. I have neglected my teeth, by not prioritizing oral health and felt embarrassed. I didn't feel judged or shamed in any way. I was very grateful for their warm and professional demeanor as going to the dentist is almost traumatic for me. Oops forgot the xtray tech, lovely Ginger gal who was so cool and great smile! Dr Hill asked what I was there for today, I asked his input . WE decided on a plan for my mouth. They verified what my insurance would pay for and printed the plan AND written estimate. My application was at 1:30 And was done by 200pm. I didn't feel rushed, they answered all my questions, and explained everything. Streamlined, efficient, professional, and personable staff. Calm, clean, friendly environment. I loved it there today..The young lady that took care of me was very polite, answered my questions,was patient with me. Explained what she was doing..She was a sweetheart..Maybe I will see her on my next visit ... And thank you for getting g me the no copay for me. Been going to them for 3 years now and everyone is nice. I always get in and out quickly. Billing issues are handled very well, even with fixing discrepancies. Highly recommend!

Super awesome! Got me in the day that I had a massive tooth ache and they were able to get me taken care of. The work is great and the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to keep you smiling! They've been my dentists ever since, love them!

I was referred there by my dentist in Ada. I needed to have my back teeth cut out. They only have oral surgery with anesthesia on certain days. I called a month in advance to book my appointments according to those days and booked all my dental work that went with those teeth being removed around those appointment times. Drove all the way to Shawnee only to find out that they were going to have to reschedule my surgery because the owner of the clinic is the oral surgeon and he decided to take that day off. I have never just walked out of a dentist office mid appointment, but I did today. The clinic is a joke, but not a funny one. Ive never been so poorly treated. They also made other mistakes as well. Im kinda glad this happened as I dont really trust them to cut into my face!

I came in with a broken molar but due to issues on my end filling out the payment plan paperwork I had to reschedule. The office manager Rachel was very helpful and understanding she even brought me a phone charger to help me out when my phone died! When I went to leave Rachel came out to the parking lot to let me know that Dr.Hill was not going to let me leave in pain regardless of the paperwork! He offered to do the service for free! My DA Izzy was absolutely amazing she was kind and even charged my phone for me while I had the extraction done! I would 10/10 recommend Summer Dental to everyone! I am so grateful! Thank you to the staff and Dr.Hill for going above and beyond!
