I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. John Kim for all of his help with a recent dental concern involving my son. My son is in college out of state and was experiencing what felt like a dental emergency. Not only did Dr. Kim listen to my concerns, but he also made me feel truly heard. He immediately helped line up someone for my son to see out of state and was even willing to see him himself if he ended up coming back to Seattle. In the end, my son was able to be seen on campus, but the fact that Dr. Kim met me at the level of concern I had was incredibly comforting. This experience is just one of many reasons why I highly recommend Elliot Dental. Thank you, Dr. Kim!

This practice is hands down the most phenomenal dentist I've ever had. It's the kind of dentist that, when I move, I'll still cover the distance to visit because what I've found here is just so rare. I am treated with the utmost respect from the time I make my appointments to the time I receive service. Every member of staff is friendly and most if not all make the effort to greet me by name. As someone who has been traumatized by a variety of dentists who didn't care about it believe when I experienced pain, I always dreaded getting even my regular cleanings. And while the dread is still there, the fear is not. They always make sure to check in with me as they work on my mouth to check my comfort levels. Even if I hesitate to state my pain levels, they pause because they're able to read when I'm uncomfortable. They even let you request a nice warm blanket to wrap yourself in during your procedure. I cannot emphasize enough how much each and every person on the staff is. It doesn't matter who I'm seeing, nor their role on staff. Elliott Bay Dental is a cut above and I recommend them to any and everyone.

I went in today because of a chipped tooth and like many going to the dentist, I felt a lot of anxiety. But my experience from checking in, to being treated was amazing! Dr. John Kim was comforting, informative, and really excellent in my treatment. His assistant Jacky was so kind and patient with me. She really calmed my nerves! The facility was very clean and very modern. 10/10. I even scheduled a cleaning on the way out.

Doctors Kim and Misty are the best! Jill is exceptional - friendly, compassionate, professional and efficient. An old crown I’ve had for many years broke and Dr Kim and Jill were able to replace it with a new permanent crown in less than two hours. Amazing! Thank you Elliott Bay Dental. You saved the day.
