I’ve been going to Dental 888 for over ten years, and they are by far the best dentist and hygienist office I’ve ever had. They are always on time, professional, and incredibly kind. The entire team has great manners, provides prompt service, and truly cares about their patients. The quality of care is consistently excellent, and they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I regularly recommend Dental 888 to my coworkers and anyone looking for a dependable, top-notch dental office.

Dr Kussick and his team are always fantastic. They seem to use all the latest techniques and equipment, which I notice changing on an almost per-visit basis, and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have assisted my wife and I with general cleanings, implants, root canals, and more. If they don't offer it themselves, they refer you to experts nearby. I have always had a pleasant experience, which keeps me coming back even though I no longer work in downtown Seattle. It's worth the drive!

I had the same issue others mentioned here. They initially quote one price for the service, but once it’s done you are suddenly hit with extra charges - always blamed on "insurance confusion" or some vague "software issue" This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Yes, the location might be convenient for Amazon employees, but I strongly advise people to avoid this place. The uncertainty and hidden costs make it impossible to trust them. Even worse, my wife was recommended a procedure that not only went wrong but caused severe damage to her teeth. She ended up needing a root canal - costing us an additional $2,000 and went through unnecessary pain, all because of their mistake. This clinic is careless, misleading, and irresponsible. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. --- Update --- I am unable to reply directly to Clinic’s response, so I am posting this update here for others to see. We understand that some teeth can be sensitive - that’s exactly where a dentist's care and precision matter most. We have visited several dentists in the past who identified sensitive areas and took great care to ensure things didn't worsen. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I appreciate the clinic reaching out afterward, but the concern isn't about the follow-up - it's about the lack of upfront communication. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up that costs might change, instead of being told there likely wouldn't be any additional charges and then being billed extra later. (looks like many patient had similar issue) As someone who works in the software industry, I understand that systems can have issues but suggesting that the problem was on our end instead of acknowledging a software or process error didn't feel appropriate. I hope this feedback helps others be better informed before their visit.

I went to Dental@888 for 3 cleanings while I lived in the area and my experience was very good. Everyone was nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth and going over the X-rays with me in detail.

Had a rough experience with my first dentist in the area (dentologie). Was recommended here by a friend. Team was pleasant and kind, Doctor was efficient and super helpful, and addressed all my concerns. Really happy to have found this place.

An early review because I went there today discussing treatment plans but haven’t done any treatment yet. So far very good experience - everyone is very friendly and the treatment plan more as a suggestion instead of rushing to a conclusion and enforcement.
