I had a wonderful experience at Toothology. Everyone there is so welcoming, which really puts you at ease. Dr. Sanford did an amazing job on my three new crowns—they look and feel great. I’m so happy with her work!

Everyone here is SO NICE. Is it weird that I kind of enjoyed getting my cavities filled? I came in for a new patient appointment and was taken care of by Dr. Garcia and Z as my hygienist. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are kind, encouraging, and positive. They were super efficient and walked me through everything they were doing. I usually get so scared at the dentist, but they made me feel right at ease. I got all my x-rays, an exam, a cleaning, and two painless fillings, and was back at work in less than 2 hours. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful too. They showed me exactly what my insurance covered, what I owed, and didn’t make me feel pressured to get my fillings or night guard the same day if I wanted to think about it. I’ve been to a lot of dental offices and had a decent amount of work done, and have never had such a stress-free experience. The Toothology staff makes the process so painless, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I’m really thankful.

The entire office has such a calm, friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. A huge shoutout to Danielle, the front office manager — she is truly the heart of the practice. Danielle is incredibly compassionate, sweet, and goes above and beyond to make sure every patient feels comfortable and heard. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and treats you like family rather than just another appointment on the schedule. Had my first visit for my cleaning, x-rays and exam. The front office, dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Sanford were all welcoming, helpful and efficient. I was updated on the health of my mouth, x-rays taken and explained. In and out in 50 minutes. I didn't have any issues with completing forms ahead of time on their website like some have mentioned.

Great experience with Lauren the hygienist. She does a great job and is very thorough but gentle. We have moved to Tucson in June but I am still travelling back to Toothology in scottsdale. The dentist who did my exam was very pleasant and efficient too.

After getting over the initial embarrassment of having a filling from a different dentist fall out, I reached out for a Saturday appointment with Toothology. The initial call with Jeanette was super quick, easy, and she was so understanding. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, once all the new patient paper work was filled out, I was called back within 5 minutes. The dental assistant, Sophia, seemed to be new to the job but was super friendly and was always close by in case I needed anything. Ultimately, I had to get the tooth extracted but the Dr made sure to explain it in a way that was neither embarrassing nor over complicated. I didn’t feel a THING! And I was able to keep my tooth in a nice little sealed bag. I will definitely be returning for routine visits.

They got me in within an hour and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and even checked in with me afterward to make sure I was happy with the result. I highly recommend Toothology!
