Some of the staff is professional. For the most part all of the staff is there to assist you anyway possible. Dr. Steven Poulos Sr. is a good God sent Christian man. He makes a way so that all your tooth work can be done. He also has taken my calls personally while on vacation and took time out his vacation to call in me medication so that you're not suffering until you can get into the office to see him! Thank you and God Bless Dr. Steven Poulos Sr for all that you do. You are definitely earning your crown in heaven 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🫂

I went in for a consultation and was cared for from the moment I walked in. The whole team was warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. During the consultation, they took their time to listen and understand what I’ve been dealing with. Everything was explained in a clear way and they walked me through my options and what I can do moving forward. I am grateful for how kind and supportive everyone was!

My Scottsdale Dentist …. Dr. Poulos and Dr. Erica Elannan are the best dentists that I have ever been to. THANK YOU to you both and to your team! Dr. Poulos got me in immediately and performed an emergency root canal without pain and Dr Elannan extracted a broken tooth, did three crowns with NO pain, did a beautiful job and designed future affordable treatment. I travel over an hour to their clinic and would travel further if needed to be seen by either dentist and their team. Fabiola and the entire team are awesome and caring, as well as the front desk team. Everyone is very attentive, concerned and helpful. I appreciate you all!

Cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Steve Poulos enough! I was in excruciating pain from my tooth and it so happened to occur on a weekend where almost no Dentist can be found available within a 50 mile radius. Dr. Poulos came to my rescue! Within one conversation, I was able to schedule an in office emergency visit, get x-rays, treat my tooth and prescribed my medication all within 1-hour. Hands down THE BEST Dentist in Arizona! He’s now my Dentist for good! Thank you, Dr. Poulos!

I had a problem with a painful tooth. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday. I tried calling different dentist’s offices without leaving messages, including My Scottsdale Dentist. A short time later I received a call from Dr Steven Poulos. He asked if I had called his office. I told him the problem. He said I should come in to his office at 7:30 am the next morning. I went in and he solved my problem. I think this practice is very professional, and I will be going back there again. Thank you Dr Poulos and My Scottsdale Dentist.

I had to get an emergency root canal and had no idea what to do so I googled dentists and this place popped up. I’m so thankful it did! Dr. Wassef was so kind and the crown they made for my tooth looks real. I thought it would be noticeable but it just looks like my tooth. Incredibly grateful thank you!

AWFUL experience. I had an infected wisdom tooth, sitting on the nerve and needed it removed asap. Dr Poulos reached out Saturday night and made an appt for me on Sunday morning. I explained my situation and he said he would look at it. They did xrays, he stated he usually has success getting 90% of teeth out... the other 10% he has to send to a specialist. He numbed me and started poking around I was not numb, he gave me more numbing medicine 3 different times. Each time he came back in the room he asked "which tooth is it?" Twice he mentioned my top wisdom, when it was in fact my bottom right. This made me super nervous as he's questioning which tooth to pull when he is numbing my mouth??? He started yanking at it and I could feel EVERYTHING. it was AWFUL. I kicked my shoes off, was crying and sweating and he said "do you want me to keep going?" I was stunned. I said no It hurts so bad.. I have a high pain tolerance also. He said "okay I'll have to send you to a specialist". Then handed me 4 prescriptions and sent me on my way. I was bleeding, shaking, crying and my mouth is now 10x more irritated because he couldnt pull the tooth. Being a doctor, he should have looked at the xrays and said it wasn't something he could do. I believe this office is money hungry. He had no bed side manner and really didnt care for the discomfort and poor job he did. He also mentioned I would need a bone graft which is not common for a wisdom tooth... again it seems like just looking to make money. I thought the convenience of someone opened on Sunday was amazing but stay far away if you have any type of issue or pain or have anxiety about seeing a dentist because this office will only make it WORSE. he is not confident and will only make matters worse. 0/10.
