Have been a patient of Dr. Jim DeLuke's for decades. Currently undergoing procedure for a new crown. The care has been and is excellent and compassionate. The office staff are like family. Highly recommend.

My mom has been going here since childhood, as have I, and it’s always been a great experience. I never understood why people hated the dentist until I heard some stories! None of that here, just kind, gentle people. Quite unfortunate they don’t take insurance, but I consider it worth the expense. Teeth are important; I wouldn’t trust just anyone to go scraping around in my mouth! I’ve had multiple baby teeth and my wisdom teeth removed here.

I went to Dr. Reilly for a tooth extraction on a molar that had two previous root canals. We discussed my history, my questions , and pain anxiety. He was very patient and assured me that I shouldn’t feel any pain with the appropriate amount of Novocain. He verified that I did in fact need the tooth removed. Once I was numb, the procedure took about ten minutes even with me requesting a short break due to my anxiety. Dr. Reilly exhibited great skill and compassion. His support staff was amazing! One assistant stroked my hand to help calm me while he was working on my tooth. For some people, tooth extraction might not be a big deal; however, it was a very big deal to me. Dr. Reilly and all of his staff made the effort to acknowledge my fears and reassure me in a nonjudgmental fashion. I am so grateful to everyone at the Schenectady location. Thank you!

The staff here quickly put my fears to rest after my first visit and I'm confident that any future visits will be just as great. You can trust that any suggestions for dental work are actually for the benefit of your oral health. Will definitely be making this my primary dental care office.

I am very anxious about going to the dentist. I've had some bad experiences with very impatient dentists. I had a checkup with Dr Marta and also a cleaning, and she and the staff were very patient with my anxieties, talked to me throughout, and I made it through my appointment without needing anxiety meds. That gets 5 stars from me!

I have been going to Dental Offices Since Dr. Dominick Deluke Sr was there!!! I loved him and had a lot of confidence in him! Now I see his son Dr. Jim who is just like his Dad; well experienced, kind, and gentle!!! If I have a problem he always fits me in. Dr. Riley did a surgical procedure I needed and it went great. On Friday, January 26, 2018 @ 9am I undertook the experience of Sedation Dentistry with Dr Dermody, DDS who came to the Queensbury, NY Aspen Dental office, of which he apparently does twice monthly. I was called in; Dr Dermody was pleasant; attentive to answers; engaged in a little chit chat about life while attendants did their jobs of prepping me for my extraction. Apparently I was sedated for 20 mins time; the extraction was performed; and I was again conscious and being told it was "all over and I did just fine". WOW While some might think that sedation dentistry is expensive. . . .it's certainly the way to go, especially if you're an "anxious" individual. I certainly would have no problems with having Dr Dermody performing any further sedation procedures in the future. Thank you Dr Dermody.
