Y’all, I’m writing this because my friend is a patient here and doesn’t have the spine to speak up— but I sure do. Let me tell you, this place is a total disaster. It’s not clean, not sanitary, and honestly, it’s dangerous. Their assistants will dig through drawers with bare hands and then put things straight in patients’ mouths. The x-ray equipment is old and worn out. The trays they use for impressions? Dirty, plastic, and clearly meant for one-time use, but they reuse them anyway. Gloves? They only throw them away if they hit the floor. Absolutely disgusting. Now, the doctor… bless her heart, she can be nice sometimes, but she’s also rude and condescending. I’ve overheard her snapping at young staff members— it makes you cringe just standing there. One poor girl was there for only two weeks, all by herself in the back, looking beyond stressed and overworked. With the waiting room always packed, I wouldn’t be surprised if the assistants don’t even have time to eat. No wonder the staff turnover is so high; everyone looks drained, miserable, and defeated. Appointments are a nightmare. You call to schedule and either no one answers or no one knows what’s going on. You leave with a time, get a text with a different time, and then sit there for hours— my friend once went in first thing in the morning and didn’t leave until 2 PM. The work? Rushed, lazy, and only done well if you’re buddy-buddy with the doctor. The staff are sweet, hardworking girls, but this office is unorganized, unhygienic, and an absolute embarrassment. Save yourself the trouble— don’t waste your time or money here. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I do not recommend this place. As a new patient, I tried scheduling online and never got a response. After weeks of waiting, I had to physically go in to make an appointment. On the day of my first visit, I was told my appointment had been canceled because the office had the wrong phone number on file. No call, no notice. At my next visit, I waited 30 minutes only to find out their CBCT machine was broken. The equipment looked ancient, rusted, and unreliable — I even had to hold it in place myself. The office ceiling had stains and leaks, which was alarming for a healthcare facility. I was told I had to reschedule again for CBCT Scan. At my most recent appointment (08/18 at 10:50), I arrived on time and checked in. After waiting over 30 minutes with no update, I had to ask the front desk what was going on. Only then did they realize there had been yet another "miscommunication." I finally got my scan 45 minutes late, and the entire thing took 2 minutes. The front desk offered no apology, no acknowledgment of the wasted time, nothing. To be fair, the dentist and the scanner were professional and did their part well — but the front desk and overall management make this office a complete disaster , poor communication, broken equipment, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise against going here.

This was my first root canal treatment and I truly loved the staff especially with meeting Dr. Karen Cooper she is a God fearing doctor and that’s what we need in this world and Jarvis is my favoriteee I love him he always makes me laugh and he made my visit comfortable. I will be coming back as a regular patient here at Smile Designs ❤️

The staff are very nice and helpful, you're treated like a good friend. Very clean. Dr. Karen is very knowledgeable and is current on her information. She explains things so you understand what's being done, how it's done and the results you can expect. The bonus, best thing is, She is a Christian. You can tell when you see her. Her light shines!!! The practice is very clean, modern, and welcoming. EVERY employee I had contact with was polite and kind. My hygienist, Grace, was fantastic and took her time to explain everything to me. Dr. Cooper was very thorough with her exam, listened to my questions, and made sure I understood. I will absolutely continue my care.

Dr. Cooper is not only highly skilled and personable, but she is also absolutely beautiful and works with such grace and precision. She takes the time to ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed, making every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience!

I was going there over 10 years growing unsatisfied with the service,I decided to fine dental care some where else.I put in a request for my imagines that I paid for an haven't received, so I had to pay for new imagines.I don't recommend this place very unprofessional
