Coastal Dentistry - Dr. Matt Grill

I love this dentist. The staff are so kind and helpful. My hygienist saved a flavored tooth polish for me for 6 months so I could try it at my next appointment. Great place to get your teeth cleaned

I’ve never been to a dentist office where I wasn’t dreading the visit but this place has changed that! Liah is an amazing hygienist and Dr. Grill is an amazing dentist. Before this Place, I always had to have my mouth numbed to make it through the cleaning but Liah has such a light touch I haven’t needed it since I started with her. Cheers to a good dental office that cared about its patience !

I am thrilled with my new dentist. Their location is very convenient, and their staff is friendly, answering my questions and giving my teeth a very thorough and painless cleaning. I felt confident in their experience and expertise. There was no waiting and all was very clean and comfortable.

I was a new patient at Coastal Dentistry in September 2024 for a Oral exam and cleaning. I have had the same dental insurance for 10 years and filed with a previous Dentist and claims were submitted and settled w/o a problem. This was not the case with Coastal Dental. I was told that insurance would be filed by the office. I provided the office with a copy of the insurance card. For 3 months we received a text stating that we had a balance due. I finally went into the office and was informed that the claim was denied. It was filed incorrectly. No one bothered to call me or inform me of the error. I again gave them a copy of my insurance card and the SSN# of the Subscriber(my husband)I made a follow up call a week later and spoke to Kathy and she told me that they had resubmitted the claim and had "worked it out", but no details given to me. I called Delta Dental today and received the information regarding the claim that the dental office could of provided to me This was a simple claim, my 1st.visit to the office as a new patient. I am opting not to follow up with the office in the future. Poor communication.

I recently visited Coastal Dentistry- Dr. Matt Grill and I am thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel at ease. During my appointment, Dr Matt Grill was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his attention to detail and their gentle touch, which made the experience much more comfortable. The office was equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made the process quick and efficient. I also appreciated the emphasis on patient comfort. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Matt Grill and his amazing staff to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean and comfortable, and the care is exceptional. I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Grill and everyone in office is excellent. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. Did excellent with making everything smooth very little to no pain at all even though I'm sure I bit his finger a few times lol. In my opinion prices are very fair. Love this place great people great work can't wait to finish all my teeth, wish I would've known about them sooner. All in all great experience thankyou!

Dr. Grill, his front desk staff, and hygienists are all excellent. Always kind, welcoming and professional. Dr. Grill even stayed late to squeeze me in for a same day dental issue. Much appreciated. They make the patient feel truly cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Grill and his team. 👍🏼
