My doctor got me an emergency appointment for the next day. Parking was ample for patients. I filled out a simple form and waited maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Cynthia was great. She put a temporary filling in my tooth and got me a follow up appointment to put in a more permanent filling the same week. ( I had to leave town and couldn't make that appointment, rescheduling was simple.) Dr. Cynthia is very professional and understanding. I am only disappointed that they aren't taking new patients over age 21. Great place for emergency care.
This place is such a blessing for my son. The dental staff makes him feel so comfortable every visit. He actually gets excited to go to the dentist! 🦷😁
Miscommunication within your team has become a serious issue. Every time I call, I get different information. Previously, I was told not to call frequently because your team would follow up, yet here I am being told I need another referral to pediatrics—again. It's frustrating and confusing when employees aren't on the same page. Consistency and follow-through are lacking, and all I hear is "I’m sorry," but nothing changes. Are you really sorry, or is that just routine now? This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unprofessional. It’s clear your management needs a serious review and improvement to serve patients properly.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never review anything, because I like to give places second thoughts. It comes to no surprise the one star reviews I’ve been reading. This place lacks empathy. The front desk is rude and has no sense of confidentiality. I was sitting in the back and I can hear there loud phone calls to patients, so unprofessional. Please don’t get me started on the appointment wait times. It’s insane the lack of organization they have. Please don’t come here, especially if you have kids. It not worth the stress they give with their attitudes and no appointments. Update: They told me my child had a cavity and would need to have an appointment in a month. I thought it was weird and had second opinion. Turns out, they lied and my kid has ZERO cavities. This place takes the cake for being one, if not the worst dental place in Santa Rosa. If they tell you, your kid has a cavity, GO GET A SECOND OPINION. It’s not worth your babies oral health!
This place is awful I’ve been calling for a year now for a deep cleaning and every week they tell me they have no appointments. They only book for an exam or emergency appointments. Each exam they tell me I need a deep cleaning and my teeth are getting worse. Yet it’s been a year of calling every Wednesday and nothing. This is crap
This place is GOD AWFUL! The receptionist are RUDE and lack any real knowledge. I sat for an hour waiting for my daughter to be seen and come to find out she wasn't even fully checked in! I was flabbergasted because I take time off of work to come here to wait around for this long because someone didn't do their job. They only reason I continue to come is because Medi-cal doesn't give much options.
Couldn’t even make it past phone calls every time I called. They were full told me to call back on Monday morning at 7. Well guess what it’s monday morning, I’ve been on the phone on hold for 20 minutes! The wait time was suppose to be 1 minute. If you’re new good luck getting in they only have 5 appointments a week for new clients. 5 a week?! What kind of backwardness is that? Even if you do follow the receptionist advice and call on Monday mornings you still don’t get in. Waste of time I’m not bothering I’ll go some where else.
